I love the staff everyone was friendly and helpful. If you look lost they ask you if you need something or are looking for something. They do care about their guest.

Overall great stay. Definitely more of a family and child friendly resort which is great if you have kids but not if you want an adult child free vacation.

1. They really push you for 3 hours to get the timeshare they say no pressure but its nothing but

Excellent experience. All the of the facilities were clean and well maintained; lots of activities for me and for my son (6 years old); great kids club and massage services; food was delicious; staff was wonderful and accommodating. Good sized pools and a private beach.

The resort was beautiful though i thought the rooms were a little outdated. We had been told that our room came with a sofa bed and I even confirmed on email prior to our stay but there was no sofa bed. One of us had to sleep on the couch and another person slept on a roll away bed that they brought in which was then in place in the middle of the living room for the entire stay. They told us on 3 occasions they would bring a sofa bed and they never did and we just gave up asking any further.
