Inside the hotel, all the restaurants were fully booked to make a reservation even though they were all inclusive.
I wish the food was little bit better but overall, it was a nice get away travel place.

酒店規模很小 餐廳酒吧的選擇很少 衹有一個咖啡小吃店 也沒有什麼活動 總體來説對喜歡躺平安靜度假的人是可以接受 酒店大堂很漂亮 泳池分好幾個 無邊泳池拍照很美 房間很乾凈 員工很熱情 總體來説性價比一般

Great experience. Staff are always around to get you food or drinks by the pool. They are always trying to encourage group activities. Never had an issue getting seats by the pool for our group of 4. Food was so good. I’ll be dreaming of those tacos under the pergola for some time. Room service was prompt and never took more than 45 minutes. There are people trying to sell things on the beach but very minimal so it’s not overwhelming. Overall it was a great experience and my husband and I will be sure to return.

This was a great property with some of the best service from staff I have ever had. They were wonderful from top to bottom.
The only weakness was the food. It was good but more average than a 5 star, except for breakfast. This was great and probably our favorite meal. Wonderful variety!

I love the staff there, they were very attentive every thing you needed and the service from the bus boy to the concierge at all the restaurant in the hotel.. it was first time in Los Cabos and I picked the best place to stay..

Went with a group of 13 and 6 of the 13 got extremely sick after the first day. Originally we assumed it was the normal risk you take with potential tap water in the ice cubes/washing fruit (we did not consume or even brush with the water). But upon returning home, those who had been sick for 5 days sought emergency care in the US and received word from the health department they had confirmed salmonella and e.coli from the resort. Those that were sick did not eat or drink outside the resort and when the resort was told, they told us it couldn't possibly be from their food and we are the only group out of 1500 guests with this issue. Extremely disappointed in the lack of concern for our group that paid for a 5-star resort and did not get more than 1 full day to enjoy it before falling very ill, nearly unable to make it on the flight home. After getting back, we also noticed other reviews of people who got salmonella in years past here. Would be cautious if considering going here.
