The room was extremely clean and the small kitchen had everything you need, except an electrical outlet. If you want to use the kettle or coffee maker you have to place them on the living room floor because kitchen's only plug is on a awkward place. We knew that there wouldn't be AC on the room, but because bedroom's window opened into a hallway the air in the room was musty and way too hot (even when using a fan provided by the hotel). As a light sleepers we were happy to find out that on the evenings and nights there was hardly any noise coming from outside or nearby rooms. The breakfast was pretty good and could be even better if they served something else besides the instant Nescafe. The location of the hotel is great If you're looking for a peaceful holiday but be prepared to hire a car or use money on a taxi, because everything is a small hike away.

We stayed here 10 days with a group from Spain with IMSERSO, the Spanish cheap holidays for old folk scheme. Before we went we thought it would be a pretty average experience at best. Itś fair to take account that this is a rather old three star place with affordable prices. In itś favour, the whole place is immaculately clean; the staff unfailingly polite and friendly and very hard working; the food is not haut cuisine but there is a wide choice of hot dishes which change daily, and a well stocked salad bar. Some reviews slate the breakfast but there are eggs, bacon, baked beans and often delicious cooked tomatoes, and there are cold cuts and fresh bread rolls. What not to like? The location is not brilliant, outside the small town of Longuera, and there is no local beach. However there is an hourly free bus to Puerto de la Cruz where there is plenty to see and do. An oddity is that the rooms have a kitchen with a hot plate, a kettle and a fridge-freezer some crockery and cutlery, which we had no idea about till we arrived, but it proved handy for making coffee.

The worst experience of my life,, DO NOT BOOK this hotel with RUMBO Good morning, In the month of February I made a reservation with the reservation code 1937253813 flight plus hotel Malaga Tenerife April 30 to May 5 On March 22 I receive an email with a change in the return flight and I answer that I do not agree He returns to me. To send another alternative and I tell you that it is not good for us either because I would fly at 8 am. On APRIL 30, I RECEIVE A MESSAGE FROM YOU WHERE YOU TELL ME MAKE YOUR CHEKIN ONLINE I DID IT THROUGH YOU AND THERE IS WHERE I ACCEPT THE CHANGE FOR THE 6TH DAY!!! I am about to CALL YOU AND TELL YOU THAT I ALREADY DID THE CHE-ing online THROUGH YOUR WEBSITE, AND THAT I NEED THE NEW HOTEL VOUCHER. Calls are supposed to be recorded!!!! I REVIEWED IT AFTER A MONTH TELLING ME THAT YES YOU WOULD PAY FOR THE ADDITIONAL DAY!!' Overall we had a very good experience at this hotel. All the staff were kind, pleasant, smiley and helpful, always. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was on the seaward side with a balcony and spectacular sea view, but very noisy as the Atlantic waves crash on the rocks directly below. We didn't mind this, but if you want a quieter environment, ask for a room on the garden side. Breakfast (buffet style) offered a lot of choice, including cooked food, fruit, pastries, cold cuts/ cheeses etc. The evening meal buffet was also perfectly acceptable, although we mostly chose to eat out as there are various tapas bars and restaurants within 10-20 minutes walking distance. Loro park entrance is a 15 minute walk away, and impressive black sand beaches and associated beach bars another 5-10 minutes. What we liked the most about the hotel was the extensive and beautiful sub-tropical gardens, where you can swim in 3 pools located at different levels on the site. Because the gardens are so large, you can find a quiet spot if you need one. There's also a pool bar serving drinks and light meals. There were a few downsides, but they were minor. The decor is a little dated and our room could have done with a refresh. To go up in the lift you need to use your room key card, but the card readers are not reliable. It can be a little frustrating trying to get the thing to work so that you can access your room. But these ******* were well outweighed by the positives. We felt that the hotel offered good value and we would stay there again.

This hotel is situated in a residential area of San Antonio, 1.5 km from a sandy beach and the resort centre and 2 km from the famous Lago Martiánez. The Acuario has fantastic views of Mount Teide and Puerto de la Cruz and due to its excellent location it is particularly popular with couples and young holiday-makers who seek simple yet friendly accommodation with good levels of service. During the day, guests at the Acuario like to soak up the sun by the outdoor swimming pool and use the pool bar for light snacks and drinks. For more substantial meals, the hotel has a restaurant, which offers international cuisine. For those guests wishing to venture outside the hotel, there is also a bus service to the resort centre.

Staff are amazing. The pool area is clean, rooms cleaned daily however i personally dont know how this hotel is a 4 star 3 at best that is being generous. Beds are the most uncomfortable beds ive ever stayed in, rooms are extremely small, balconies are in adequate can just say squeeze on them. The hotel doesnt get the sun all day which is a shame especially the bottom of the pool however the solarium does get a few extra hours. This hotel caters to a certain nationality which are so rude and personally put me off and it was like a care home majority of the guests are 60 and over. First and last visit to this part of Tenerife sadly i would 100% not recommend and will be sticking with the South. Location of the hotel is good theres a nice walk to town, beach is pretty close and Loro Park is within walking distance but still isnt enough to make me return. Food isnt the best either, freezing cold and not a lot of variety. If you like fish you will always have something to eat not a lot of meat served up, breakfast is the same everyday. Some meals were nice but found breakfast and dinner were the worst.

Lovely clean hotel. Staff were friendly. Small bar area in the hotel to get drinks and snacks. Pool on roof was very cold and small. There is a supermarket a few minutes walk and lots of bars, cafes and restaurants with 2-15 minutes walk. The beach is also only around 5-10minutes walk Puerto de la Cruz is a beautiful place itself but is very quiet and we struggled to find bars with music and entertainment. Overall lovely hotel and great staff but would not go back as there isn't much going on for me

We spent 6 lovely days at the Hotel Las Aguilas Tenerife. The hotel is clean and comfortable. All the staff here are very friendly and speak several languages. We stayed in a suite which was comfortable and clean. We went all inclusive and the variety of foods available at meal times was wide, catering for all needs and preferences. There is a free bus which takes you down into Puerto de la Cruz and back if you want to walk along the beautiful harbour and coast, or see the town. There is evening entertainment every night in a comfortable bar. There is a separate pool area for those over 14 if you prefer a more peaceful time by the pool. The main pool is very clean and lifeguarded the whole time it is open. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.
