We consider that Gardaland Hotel is the most convenient option for visiting the Gardaland Resort theme park. The park is not very far and the Hotel provides a free shuttle bus to and from the park. Our 3 nights stay included the park tickets for me, my wife and our daughter plus the tickets for Sea Life (which is a nice addition). The Hotel is very clean, the food selection is good and tasty. We opted for the dinner package at Wonder Restaurant and we are happy with our choice. The staff is helpful and friendly and even though they address you in Italian, they speak and understand English.

Good hotel, in the suburbs, overlooking big rotary and large roads. Use ear plugs if you want to keep the windows even cracked open. However, to connect to internet, they demand that you supply your email address... so that they and the business partners may, of course, send you tons of unwanted junk mail in the future (they swear they won’t, but we all know better from past experience). This is unacceptable from a Best Western hotel.

It's far from the square, but it's soundproof. The facilities are clean and tidy It was so good to rest quietly! 10-15 minutes walk, there is a big shopping mall. The train station was 5-10 minutes by bus, so it was okay to move

The location on a traffic-rich axis is acceptable for unique stay at closed windows. The quality and equipment of the hotel is excellent. The same can be said for breakfast.

We had an exceptional stay at the hotel.We were upgraded and treated with great respect and kindness.The hotel was delightful and we loved the variety of art.The staff marked my daughters birthday with a cake and sang too! Fantastic! The gardens are beautiful..We loved the pool area and the Jasmine walk.We were offered a special rate for a massage/spa and this was very special indeed! I want to thank the staff for making our visit so very delightful and my daughters Birthday such a memorable experience! Ì

A nice clean little hotel on the outskirts of Verona, not too far from the airport. I used it whilst on business. Everyone was friendly and polite. Rooms are a good size and come with all the basic necessities to enjoy a comfortable night, including good shower and plenty of bed space. I did not eat here at night but had the breakfast which is the one weak spot I found. The quality is not good compared to the rest of the hotel. I mean this in the nicest possible way as breakfast service was good but brioche, fruit juice etc not good. using the online pre-book breakfast service is also not particularly recommended. All said and done i was happy here and would certainly stay again.
