I travel for work very frequently and feel like ACR Mackay are the only hotel group who appreciate loyal customers. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are lovely and thoughtful, and I really appreciate the effort they make to welcome back return customers :)

I stayed in a 1 bedroom studio for 2 weeks. My impressions: Clean, neat, tidy, no odours. Useful kitchenette with 2 saucepans, chopping board and decent knife, kitchen tools. Useful wardrobe with shelves and clothes hangers. Also ironing board and iron. Safe provided for valuables. 2 bath towels, face washers, 1 bath mat, 1 hand towel. Ants in the kitchen (bench) and bed intermittently. Mini bar fridge with a tiny freezer compar**ent. Fridge freezes contents even on lowest setting. Internet very slow most times, sometimes websites won’t even load. Noisy outside due to aircon units, but good sound proofing- reasonably quiet once windows are closed. Good blockout curtains, although bright light comes through under the gap of the front door (from corridor). My room- bright, sunny, warm on cold winter’s day. Corridors are quiet. I don’t see or hear other residents. Level 2 has rooftop garden- concrete area with tables, BBQ, chairs and umbrella shade. Good undercover parking, easy access. Close to shops and amenities, cafes. Not much street noise at all, including at night and on weekends.

Property in good central location , room supplied was overlooking a restaurant roof with extraction fans going to all hours, no screen on small balcony with no view. Bed was hard, old and uncomfortable, amenities disjointed from living area and set out like a nursing home. Booked in for three days checked out next morning no refund.

Clean and quiet in a convenient location. Safe parking and secure rooms. Very Friendly reception.Good aircon, hot shower, in-room laundry and reasonable toiletries. Greek restaurant in the street level. Good cafes and Gelatismo close by.
