Extended Stay America Suites - Madison - Junction Court

The front desk employee was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She was so polite and helpful. I’ve been in other hotels and it takes 15-20 minutes to check in. She had me checked in and my room keys in 10 minutes if that. Her attitude is great and you can tell she knows what she is doing… GREAT JOB LYNAEE..

As a patient who receives treatment at UW Madison Clinics, my doctor told me that this hotel often accommodates clients who have unforeseen medical procedures and need a longer stay in the Madison area. Clean and very friendly staff members. They worked around the needs of my wife. This is exceptionally important to me and I will stay here again.

I stayed a LONG time (over a year) at this hotel and can't say enough WONDERFUL things about the management, staff, cleanliness, safety, and extras, at the ESA Junction Ct (Madison, WI) location. I felt like it was home as they really took care of me and were always a SUPER nice and helpful bunch of people!!! I didn't utilize housekeeping services as I kept my own room clean, but the people who worked in that department kept everything else in the hotel spotless! so it was always a joy to come 'home' to :) I would highly reccommend this hotel to anyone for a long, or short term stay. Special kudos to Germaine in Mngmt (and Andy), Robert (night desk clerk), and Lindsay/Avis/TeJuana/Robin (daytime front desk), and all the housekeeping/maintenance staff - you guys are AWESOME!!!!

The management and a majority of staff are useless! They allow smokers. They do not care about safety or security nor keep guests comfortable. The managers are liars. IF you have a problem they ignore you. Hang up. Won't answer phone. Won't help. Avoid

Nice comfortable room, cheerful attentive staff, it's great to see a staff that's on top of things these days! The room had everything needed for my 8-day stay and exceeded my needs. I will definitely be back! Thanks, Jermaine.

My wife and I both have stayed here the past 3 months as travelers. All we can say is the management team of Andy and Kevin are outstanding. As medical travelers we have stayed in our fair share of hotels and this has been by far the most helpful and welcoming staff we have come across. If you’re thinking of staying, call and talk to Kevin or Andy they will go above and beyond to help you out!

My husband and myself needed a place to be safe from the incoming winter storms this month, and the staff and mananagement at this hotel made us feel like family. Andrew, Kevin, and Joey have been friendly, and have gone way above the call of duty to make us feel safe and warm. The building is professional and clean, and they even welcomed our fur baby too. And the kitchenettes make for a real homey environment. Without an extra charge!!! We will Definitely come back the next time we are in need of a home away from home!!! The Archies

My stay has been very well! Kevin and Sam are very help full and nice. You won’t be disappointed here! Rooms are very spacious and cleaned for one person! Front desk staff is always willing to help with any questions or concern.

My husband and I were in Madison for 3 days and booked a room here. We were very happy with everything- the location is great, close to shopping, restaurants, and the highway - easy on, easy off. The hotel was very clean and looked well maintained. We had a spacious comfortable room, lots of dresser space, a closet, a kitchenette, a refrigerator that was cold and a freezer that worked. The bathroom was spacious as well, nice to get hot water right away without having to let the water run for several minutes - good water pressure too! I do wish there was a little more space on top of the bathroom vanity, that`s the only flaw I could find with the room. The heater / cooling unit was easy to operate and worked well. We were surprised to discover there were no ice makers in the hotel but the freezer worked well so you could make your own. They also had washers and dryers available for guest use which was great, the laundry room was sparkling clean. We encountered several employees during our stay, all were friendly, polite, and very helpful - Andy, Kevin, Joey, and Sam- top notch, they made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again.
