Świetnie się bawiłem w Hard Rock Hotel Madrid! Pokój był przestronny, stylowy i super wygodny, z świetnym prysznicem i wystrojem nawiązującym do muzyki. Jedzenie było pyszne, zwłaszcza śniadanie w formie bufetu. Lokalizacja hotelu jest idealna. Jest blisko popularnych atrakcji, a pobliska stacja metra ułatwia poruszanie się. Personel był przyjazny i pomocny, a całe doświadczenie było zabawne i relaksujące. Zdecydowanie zatrzymałbym się tu ponownie!

Very impressive! Friendly service. Room was a very good size for our family of 3 adults. Breakfast buffet was excellent!! Location was very good walking distance to many restaurants and stores.

We had a wonderful stay in Crowne Plaza Centew Retiro. Few min walk to Metro. Ginos restaurant and VIPS restaurant are opposite to the hotel and closed at midnight. The junior suite was great with a King bed and a double sofa bed which are big enough for a family of 4. The hotel provided welcome drinks and snacks in the bar. Free Illy coffee capsules and cookies in the room. The minibar in the junior suite was fully stocked and complimentary. All staff are friendly and nice. Thanks Nuria Pastor and your team for the arrangement which made our journey so special. We would definitely recommend our friends to stay here. The hotel was connected with Voco. We also booked buffet breakfast in Voco hotel with kid price EUR15 and Adult EUR 19. Great variety of food and drinks.

Hotel w stylu art deco, z minimalistycznymi meblami, tak minimalistycznymi, że ledwo ma metalowe kraty jako szafę, a umywalka stoi na zewnątrz łazienki, na takim stoliku nocnym nie zmieści się nawet książka, jeśli nie ustawisz alarmu zegar, stolik na biurku, jeśli postawisz komputer, nie ma miejsca na teczkę z dokumentami, a nawet nie masz złego gniazdka, aby naładować telefon komórkowy lub komputer. Ale poza tą minimalistyczną manią, poza tym OK.

The apartment was hugely overpriced. The location is nowhere near the plush area of Retiro as suggested by the apartment description. The apartments are tiny with no natural light. They are very dark and depressing. The water takes a long long time to heat up. There has been money wasted on fancy bathroom sinks and wooden floors when comfort should be the number one priority. The beds are really terrible and really hard. I developed back and shoulder pain within a few hours of trying to sleep on the bed. The human spine is S shaped and if you lie on a decent bed your shoulder and hip should sink into the mattress. This offers vital comfort and support. The pillows are really cheap and uncomfortable and in the two upstairs apartments you can hear the people in the next room loud and clear. The equipment in the kitchen is very restricted. Not enough knives and forks and the cutlery provided is not suitable. Steak knives all two of them to spread butter!!! Nothing to cut loaves or other food stuffs. Half a tea towel and no kitchen towel which is not practical to buy for a 1-3 night stay. Two toilet rolls, not enough for a 3 person stay. Considering the extortionate price charged for the tiny so called Junior Suite, the owner should have provided more comfort and facilities and the beds are truly terrible and lack of sound proofing being able to hear my neighbours farting was pretty awkward. However, the lady on Reception Mayumi was absolutely wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was kind and considerate and a real asset to the company. The male members of staff were not remotely helpful whoever they were. Not a place I would recommend and certainly not at that price with beds that feel like you are sleeping on the floor with a sheet and pillow!

To ładny, nowoczesny hotel. Łatwo jest dojechać metrem i lotniskiem. Z hotelu można dojechać metrem do centrum Madrytu w zaledwie 30 minut. Pokój był dobry, jedynym problemem było to, że poduszki były trochę cienkie, a okno było trudne do utrzymania otwartego, chyba że coś tam wepchnięto, ale to tylko bardzo drobne problemy i z radością zatrzymam się tu ponownie.

Bardzo mi się podobało w tym miejscu i wrócę tam nie jeden raz :-) niestety zapomniałem koszulki .. po dwóch dniach zadzwoniłem i obsługa klienta mnie poinformowała że została na łóżko bardzo udciwi i sympatyczni ludzi potrzebuje państwa email bardzo pilne nie mogę znaleźć na stronie by do was napisać mój adres byście mogli mi odesłać na mój koszt moja koszulkę z góry bardzo dziękuję mój email to ***************************

The room was impecable. Though I would like to have a little rack on the shower to place my shampoo and conditioner bottles. The bed was comfortable but I wish they had individual pillows instead of just one long noodle-like pillow. The window blinds were extremely hard to scroll up. Regarding the automatic check-in, I had to call the hostel number for them to give me the reservation number which I did not know. It took me a while to complete the check-in. They should also let the visitors know that they have to walk upstairs so light luggage is recommended here.
