"Baan Blue is located at the junction which is about 300m aways from Royal Development Project Center. It’s right in front of the waterfall, especially for those who love the nature and the sound of water. Weather around this area was excellent, no aircon required other than just switching on the fan. What really made our stay special is the hospitality extended by the owner and her wonderful kindness. Thank you so much Blue for making our stay memorable. "The experience was perfect from the first contact! The hosts are amazingly helpful, with great communication. They couldn’t have done more for us - big thank you! They even decorated our room with thousands of petals (we were celebrating our honeymoon) and it was so beautiful. The location is wonderful; close to Maekampong village, but quietly nestled in the trees around the beautiful river. Easy to get to from Chiang Mai. The accommodation was great. Very comfortable - tents with smart tvs, private bathrooms (with an exterior tub), terraces with a big table and sun loungers! It was perfect. The biggest thing was really how wonderful the host was. They helped us organise anything and were so kind and welcoming. I would be very happy to come back and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

However, the equipment in the house is a bit lacking in maintenance, such as the window screens that are almost impossible to close. The bathroom outside has no sink and mirror, and the shower head almost fell off its holder. The stairs to the second floor are quite dangerous because they are steep and get wet, which can make you slippery and dangerous when going up and down."
