My Cabana was individual, clean and tidy with clean towels and sheets everyday. They provided Shampoo, Shoer Gel and soap. The Air conditioner work really well, because you really needed it. The view from my Cabana was the best view of the sea. The staff were really helpful. You can hire bikes from them. Really enjoyed my time there.

Amazing hotel! Definitely recommend staying! The staff are amazing and so helpful. The best part is the Beach club just a few steps from your door!!! The rooms are very affordable for everything you get and very clean.

Very nice and helpful staff. Our room was also nice but in one of the heavy rainstorms it let in a lot of water through the roof and walls, so a lot of our stuff got wet! Good aircon in our room, the kids’ smaller cabanas had a fan and were a bit hotter. Generally a chilled, relaxed place and food was good in the restaurant. Only thing we were unhappy with really was that on the days the cruise ships berth nearby (most days we were there), the nicer and larger part of Blue Kay’s private beach area is off limits to hotel guests in favour of boat passengers - feels like the wrong way round!

The staff is rude, if you order a juice, they bring you in purpose an alcoholic drink, to charge more money. I would mot recommend to use their restaurant. All prices are mde for rich americans, they treat everybody like a money bag if you are just wite. not going there again.

There is a charm to this complex of dorms, cabanas and air con rooms. The grounds and rooms are well kept, the beach is mostly sargassum free, and the employees are helpful. We stayed in a air con room and our son had a cabana with fan. The cabanas are tiny! Honestly, I think it is over priced at $1300 mxn for a large air con room and $800 for a cabana. We moved further south because we found a two bedroom condo for less. I left my Kindle in the bed, and when I returned later that day, the reception found the house keeper and returned it. I REALLY appreciated the honesty.

El Servicio es pésimo el personal no está atento a nada , no hay agua caliente en las habitaciones y si te quieres bañar en tu habitación después de las 9 pm , cuidado , no hay agua caliente y no hay nadie que te lo resuelva !!! Carísimo y malísimo , súper viejo y cero eco friendly !!!

El servicio al huesped es bueno, pero el lugar deja mucho que desear. Fui hace dos años con la esperanza de ver el paraíso que era y me lleve una horrible sorpresa. Quitaron una piscina natural con manglar para poner una alberca, destruyeron la playa con tanta piedra y mesas por todos lados, parece un balneario. Todas las bebidas te las dan en vaso de plástico, hay plástico tirado por todos lados, nunca más volveré.

Frente al mar es la mejor opción. Es barato y el club de playa es de lo mejor. El personal es de amable, la gente que se hospeda en el lugar también muy amable y alivianada. Es recomendable si lo que buscas es relajarte.

Excelente servicio, las áreas verdes en excelente condiciones, el personal muy amable, se la pasarán increíble, para relaj****, nosotros teníamos la cabaña cruzando enfrente el mar, hermoso amanecer😍
