This hotel is very conveneint for to/from Haram transportation.
Their help and welcome at receiption was unmatchable.
The food is excellent and cost effective.

The desk manager informed me during the call that room service and amenities are only provided on the first day.
However, I did not receive the room I booked. I had reserved a king bed room, but they provided a triple single bed room and connected all the beds together, although they still had separate bedsheets and blankets.
It took them a long time to find my booking.
The room was very noisy due to the lack of soundproofing in the windows, even though I stayed on the 12th floor. As a result, every car horn and bus horn could potentially disrupt my sleep.
On the bright side, they offer a free bus to the Haram bus station, although the wait time can be quite long at times. Nonetheless, it's good to have.

Alhamdulillah..Check-in smooth..Rooms and toilet in perfect condition. Have 4 lifts. Shuttle bus provided to Haram..every 10 mins.. My family had a pleasant stay at this hotel..
