Despite being assured of a check-out time by a representative, the hotel failed to honor their commitment. The lack of follow-through on their assurance resulted in inconvenience and disappointment, leading to my unexpected midnight departure.

This luxora hotel and spa is situated in a calm environment. Very neat and clean. The staff are very gentle. Food is also good and tasty. We had both breakfast and dinner. Me and my family enjoyed staying here.

We stayed for a night, on our way to our final destination. The place is clean and the room is spacious. Our stay was comfortable, and very helpful staff.

Part of travel just stayed for few hours It is very normal hotel nothing is outstanding probably we can say an upgraded lodge , the rooms are clean. Toilet is an elevated platform therefore you should be carefully use Basic level is interior is missing in rooms , and common area of the hotel . There is restaurant who offers a decent food

it's excellent hotel in terms of stay, courteous staff, tasty food, cleanliness, hygiene, ambience, service with a smiling staff... feels good. all the best wo wonderful staff and the chief manager sijo extending all help and arranging separate guest /dining area. fantastic hospitality. keep it up🌹👍🏻

I reached the hotel at 2:30 am night. I had booked for 2 +1 stay and was with my wife, her brother and 6 month baby. The guy said that he ll no provide room to 2 male and a female. If so it shud be mentioned in the make my trip app. He also told he doesn't give check in at night. But "right now" booking option was availae in make my trip. The guy was forcing to cancel the booking from app and book 2 room, directly from the hotel. As it was night 2am i was not in a mood to discuss much with him. So my wife's brother slept in my car and we slept in room. Thou i spend money for 3, i got to use only for 2
