"We stayed here one night when we landed from Kuala Lumpur late in the night as we did not want to drive in the night. This was booked after a lot of deliberation as the town is a small town and I wasn’t sure about the quality of hotels. The entire booking experience was very smooth through *********** and also the hotel was available on WhatsApp for any queries that I had. I am an anxious traveller and I kept in touch with them for something or the other from the time I booked the hotel till my travel date. And they were kind enough to respond to me promptly. Since my flight was landing late and restaurant would be closed , I requested them to place some sandwiches in the room which they readily agreed to. They provided complimentary airport transfer and the person was waiting as we landed at the airport. The chauffeur was very pleasant and polite and the car they went was very comfortable. Check in was smooth. The room is well equipped with clean and modern amenities. Including a Japanese toilet. They had neatly kept the sandwiches in the room. Sleep quality was good and air conditioner worked perfect. Breakfast was reasonable with enough options Aadil at the restaurant was really helpful. Overall very impressive stay and to be honest I did not expect such a positive response experience. Well done team Kowju. I will definitely return on the next available opportunity. Cheers"
