Great host . Greeted us on arrival. Staff were very friendly, always acknowledged you were there. Always smiling even though they worked long shifts. Clean apar**ents. Always ready to please. Hotel has been refurbished and was very impressive. Rooftop relaxation areas. Sports on in pool bar. Good music . Food was great. All cooked to order and delicious. A family run hotel . All in all, for a 63 year old, a great hotel. I hope they have every success with the hotel. They really deserve it.

The hotel was clean and comfortable the pool area is lovely food and drinks at Charlie's bar are good and well priced but the staff are excellent so friendly and make you feel part of the family nikos the owner is a champ when my wife took ill he came to heraklion to pick us up from the hospital and brought us back to malia and couldn't help us enough for the rest of our holiday...thank you

For Charlie's bar only: cocktails are good, nothing to Say. But for food, do not go; the portion/ quantity was ridiculous, a shame that we paid that. And it was not tasty AT all. I only recommend for drinks but run away for food. The waitress was not nice and welcoming compared to the tout.

Me and my friend stayed in kastro beach apar**ents recently and it is one of the best hotels I have been into everybody is so friendly ,welcoming and make you feel right at home as if your apart of the family . A special message for Sarah and nikos for helping anyway they can with anything we needed over the week would highly recommend to stay here.

This was the best place we’ve stayed, I came with my group of friends and we loved every minute of it. This is a family run business and everyone was so lovely, the food was unreal and the facilities were great. The karaoke was one of our favourite things at night to do at Charlie’s bar, then off to the ***** which is only up the road, so not a far walk. I highly recommend this place to anyone as we would definitely go again.

Fantastic restaurant, amazing service! Totally recommended, coming back for sure! Met some great people, had some qualitative drinks and got some tasty food. Nice environment and the music was always upbeat!
