Paid $193 USD/night "All Inclusive" single bed 3 night stay, advised ahead by email meals incl breakfast, lunch, dinner all provided. Get there, "lunch is not included" and "any drinks at dinner including juice or water cost additional". Bath: Body gel dispenser did not work, no shower wall and depression just inside bath door led to continuous puddle of liquid requiring 4-5 floor towels per day. Bed: Extremely rigid. Side sleeper and woke up with sore ribs, literally. Beach: Sea**** throughout. Meals: Breakfast, good. Dinner mostly good but one (of 3) night arrived 30 minutes before closing and all meats were gone except few pieces of suboptimal grilled chicken in broth or liquid of some sort. Airport Shuttle: $36 USD for literally a 10 minute drive. In Kenya. That's over 5000 kes; I pay less for a taxi in Manhattan. In Kenya that is bad.

Went here with my family but didn't have a very good experience from day one, first we checked in to a room but found no single towel which wasn't my welcoming at all and this in itself can tell that things were not adding up. Secondly stayed in this particular room for 3 days without a functional AC mind you we have an infant so definetly a fan won't work for us. Thirdly, this holiday was my wife's birthday celebration and I ordered a surprise cake way in advance before our travel date; can you imagine we never had the said cake until we had to check with our Bonfire agent in Nairobi...this was so sad and very unprofessional for the guys managing this place. On the flip side the junior staff are so nice. I really won't recommend this hotel for well experienced travelers.

I had such a wonderful experience, the food was so good and the staff was so kind and helpful.... the pool was right outside my room and it was so beautiful...i got to take so many nice photos..the variety of drinks was so good and Mugo's cocktails were fire 🔥

Siamo stati una settimana e non saremmo mai voluti andare via! Soddisfatti a pieno dei servizi offerti e della cordialità dei dipendenti dell'hotel. Camere pulite, buffet ottimo e personale disponibilissimo. Molto belle le due piscine e comoda la spiaggia! Un grazie particolare ad Alberto per averci accompagnato nelle escursioni (lo trovate su facebook come Alberto Safari Kenya oppure a questo numero: +254 736 115282), disponibile e organizzatissimo! Insomma, vacanza eccezionale!

Stayed at Malindi dream gardens and the service was exemplary. Shout out to the Chef for the amazing meals , you exceeded my expectations. The bar attendants cocktails experience was above par. The The ambiance of the hotel is great, I wish all the rooms had a bath tub for relaxation but all in all it was a good stay. Will definitely come back! One more thing try the hydro massage you won’t regret it !

We were very disappointed with the facilities offered at Malindi dream garden. The bathrooms were dated and toilet was leaking, bugs everywhere, AC wasn’t working, moldy bathrooms that would let water out onto the living space, old discolored towels and overall seemed to be stuck in the 80’s. This place needs a full bathroom renovation if nothing else. The rooms themselves were acceptable and the food was good. Half the staff is in training and not paid at all which amounts to abuse. At a minimum they should be given a basic allowance and food. The guests pay for a service, the resort should extend the same courtesy to the staff which will in turn translate to great service. Beach was also full of sea**** and it seems some tourists use the place for multiple escort services which we observed on several occasions. Not good for a family friendly vacation. Overall we’d rate it two stars out of five for food.

We had requested for early check in which was granted. We loved the reception and hospitality upon arrival since breakfast was being served.thanks to the manager. ROOMS - SPACIOUS AND WELL KEPT BUT THE BATHROOM,,TOWELS AND BEDDINGS ,(WE GOT TORN SHEETS,,)ARE IN VERY BAD SHAPE 1/5 FOOD- WE ENJOYED THE SUMPTUOUS BUFFET.
