Great accommodation, friendly staff, beautiful food. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Just a slight smell in the corridors to the rooms.

Decent shower. Good sized room for smalll. A bit warm and aircon noisy to have on all night. Good toiletries. Stylish, super friendly service, excellent value.

Excellent hotel, very welcoming staff, that was more than helpful. Room immaculate and comfortable nice and quiet, beautiful bar and very tasty breakfast would highly recommend and will be going back, thankyou for your hospitality

After a delightful, warm and inviting welcome from Harry, we entered our lovely, well appointed, contemporary style suite The rooms are situated behind two doors creating a sense of security, calm and peace Fresh, clean, light, bright and inviting room despite my initial reservations when approaching the room from downstairs, as there was a slight pub/damp smell Sofa bed already made up as they knew there were three occupants Welcome pack included still water in bottles plus tea and coffee Large towels and lovely toiletries Fresh milk provided when we requested it from the bar The ambience of the pub is great and the location in Northern Quarter is contemporary and exciting Our breakfast, breakfast room and service throughout and around breakfast time were brilliant

Excellent accommodation, staff & location.. Cleanliness was impeccable too. Shower caps were not provided and there is only an overhead shower. Pillows a little too hard. Overall we were very happy and would definitely go back, all staff went the extra mile. We would recommend breakfasting out, however. as we experienced very poor cooked breakfast ingredients that were in part inedible.

A perfect little pub/hotel, where you could easily be in both, or each individually as you wished. A great location for exploring the Northern Quarter, walking distance to everything we wanted. Busy, clean, tidy, well decorated and excellent service. Great breakfasts cooked to order and useful advice for where to go/what to see. Thanks Harry+.
