"Lokalizacja hotelu jest bardzo dobra. To jest w odległości spaceru od dworca kolejowego i Chinatown. Jednak ich obsługa nie jest najlepsza. Nie zapewniają obsługi pokoju i sprzątania pokoju. Można jednak poprosić o czyste ręczniki i torebki herbaty w recepcji lub dzwoniąc pod numer 0. Kiedy próbowałem wybrać numer, byli zbyt zajęci, aby odebrać, więc musiałem udać się do recepcji. W pokoju nie ma bezpłatnego Wi-Fi i nie zapewniają adaptera do wtyczki elektrycznej. Prasowanie można wykonywać wyłącznie na parterze. Hotel jest dość stary. Jedna z wind nie działała, kiedy tam byłem, a druga była bardzo powolna. Przy głównym wejściu znajdują się schody, które nie są wygodne dla ciężkich bagaży. Znalazłem też trochę włosów w wannie. Chyba dlatego cena jest bardzo przystępna."

"Friendly helpful staff (Faith), had a situation with the wifi voucher but that was quickly resolved (my error). Hotel closes around 11pm but you can use your key card to gain entry. Rooms are basic but have all you need for a night stay. Tea/coffee facilties in the room, hair and body wash in the bathroom and plenty of towels. Breakfast had everything you could ask for and staff were friendly when asking for top ups (Joy) wouldn't hesitate to rebook there again"

"My husband and I booked a random night away. We are very pleased we selected the Edwardian in Manchester as it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and tidy. The spa pool area was lovely and relaxing (our children were with their grandparents so we swam at child free times). It was a shame to see people playing on their phones in the spa area. I was not really concerned about filming etc. However, it was sad to see they couldn't just switch off from the world for an hour or so in that location. We didn't eat in the hotel and got breakfast on the go as we were heading to work in the morning. We chose to spend the little time we had in the morning in the pool rather than at breakfast. We would normally have booked breakfast but as we had to get to the office for 9am we picked the more interesting opinion. We would happily book again."

I'd say this is the best hotel in Manchester; both the facilities and service were excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and the bar also offered a great atmosphere. "I recently stayed at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate, located in the iconic Beetham Tower, and overall, my experience was memorable for many reasons. From the moment you step through the revolving doors of this striking glass skyscraper, you’re met with a sense of modern grandeur that sets the tone for the entire stay. Location & First Impressions The location is absolutely superb — right on Deansgate, within walking distance of the best that Manchester has to offer, including the Arndale shopping centre, the Spinningfields business district, and the bustling nightlife of the Northern Quarter. Public transport connections are excellent, with Deansgate station just steps away. On arrival, the reception area made a strong impression. High ceilings, clean lines, and sophisticated decor give it a contemporary and stylish feel. Check-in was smooth, efficient, and handled with professionalism. Staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome right away, even though the lobby was quite busy. Rooms & Comfort My room was on one of the higher floors, offering truly stunning views of the Manchester skyline through floor-to-ceiling windows — easily one of the standout features of this hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with crisp linens and plush pillows that made it hard to get up in the morning. The room was equipped with everything you would expect from a four-star Hilton property: a large TV, iron and ironing board, mini-fridge, safe, and a decent workspace with good lighting for business travelers. The bathroom was clean, modern, and stocked with quality toiletries, although the water pressure in the shower could have been slightly stronger. Overall, the cleanliness was impeccable throughout my stay. Facilities & Amenities The facilities are where the Hilton Manchester Deansgate really shines. The health club and spa are a big bonus, with a good-sized swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. I particularly appreciated the sauna and steam room after a long day exploring the city.
