Nice boutique to stay over. No amenities though, but a nice bar downstairs.

My first interaction was with Gabriel who checked me in. My second was with Harry and Lydia, and Taz who were all breakfast shift during my stay. I must say that the kindness, warmth, and high level of customer care and service from these individuals assured that any future visits to Manchester will include staying at the Abel Heywood.

Great location, close to AO arena, bus station and train station . Hotel bar great, staff helpful and friendly. Room small but clean everything we needed included in room . Would recommend 👍 Thanks

We had a great stay at Abel Heywood as a group of friends. Booked three double rooms and they were all clean, very comfortable and nicely designed. Within easy walking distance of Manchester Piccadilly, all the shops and the AO arena. The pub is lovely with great service. Wish we’d been able to stay for breakfast as the food looked great. Would definitely recommend.

Great City Centre location. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (Harry).Pub downstairs was lively without being at all bothersome, breakfast area was fantastic and I would have no hesitation in recommending for city break

Clean room with everything you'd need - staff were lovely and very quick to help me with a business invoice the day after my stay by email. I didn't get the chance to try the restaurant or breakfast, but my experience was lovely and I'd recommend if you're in need of a short stay in Manchester centre!

Excellent staff service from The Abel Heywood but a tad disappointed with the suite. Facilities were a bit basic - coffe & tea making facilities could do with an upgrade. Room was very clean, small bathroom for a suite and I’m sorry but if you are going for large overhead light shades please give them a dust. Breakfast was good value for money and best poached eggs with the eggs Benedict. Overall very good but room for improvement.

What a find! A true boutique hotel with very comfortable, stylish and spacious rooms. Excellent customer service, particularly from Harry, with a warm welcome. You must eat here with plenty of choice and genuine hand made, hearty and delicious food. Nice and quiet with no noise from the surroundings or adjacent rooms and on the 2nd floor, we couldn’t hear a peep from the bar below. 10 mins walk from Manchester Piccadilly station so a great location. We will certainly stay here again.
