Property had a big skip outside next to front door. Room was grubby, shared bathroom with 2 other rooms. No TV. Room had a kettle but no cups or tea/ coffee. For the money I paid, I expected better. Will definitely not stay there again

As soon as I drove into the area I was worried about parking the car. When we opened the front door, OMG what a mess, that was after passing the skip on the way in. I could not stay there!!!

No tv in room as stated when we booked hidden charges as we asked to check in an hour earlier and they charged me £10 extra to do this which I wasn’t happy with room was ok for the price we paid wouldn’t say exactly clean but clean enough for one night stay there we’re jobs being done on the hotel but half done jobs all around the hotel it wasn’t a bad place for what I paid but could of been a whole lot better

Very dirty, one of the beds didn’t even have a duvet cover on it. Empty shampoo. Communications with property were poor, also charged me £30 for late check in. Not even sure if that is legal

Told to arive at 9pm which we did , only as Ramadan there was no one there 25 min later he turns up, not really a problem, then puts my work colleague i n a room which to use the bathroom he has to walk through his family space a kid u not , said we would leave i f no other room available. Another room allocated, then on to my room , all looked well till the rain started , then i discovered the Hole in the roof it pi%%ed in NO SLEEP AT ALL., 12hr shift the following morning ! Knackered is an under statement, then used the bathroom.in the morning only to find the water that had leaked in through the night dripping through the bathroom ceiling, The floor was soaking I put it down to some one using the shower at first, so while I am sitting on the pan am getting soaked lol, look i get its a contractors hotel at best, but this was pushing it. Contacted for a refund no ans by email or phone,

The room was clean however the bathroom was shared and for the two days there was no tissue in the toilet. No one to assist to restore another one
My recommendation would be to keep toilet tissue in the rooms plus in the toilet so when it runs out one can utilise the one in the room
