Close to city centre good staff cleaning could be better but overall was a good hotel

Good location which near bus terminal and train station. Very clean room and big bed!
China town just next the the hotel. City central easy to find good restaurants and supermarket.
Staffs are good and helpful. A very good experience with Novotel!!

It’s my boyfriend’s birthday and I requested for some little surprises for him. I tried to contact the hotel through the WhatsApp they provide but no one is answering, at last they didn’t do anything for it not even saying happy birthday to him. Also I have paid in the app but they keep saying that I haven’t and this makes me really annoyed.
