Mam bardzo niezadowalające doświadczenia z tym hotelem, personel jest niezwykle przyjazny, a hotel wygląda bardzo ładnie, czysto i luksusowo, pokój wygląda dobrze, jest bardzo schludny i czysty, ale mam wrażenie, że meble zaczynają się starzeć. Toaleta była trudna do spłukania, a zasłona prysznicowa opadła, gdy jej dotknęliśmy

Bardzo blisko centrum miasta. Wnętrze jest bardzo tradycyjne i piękne. Ściany są jednak cienkie.

Lokalizacja hotelu jest bardzo dobra. To jest w odległości spaceru od dworca kolejowego i Chinatown. Jednak ich obsługa nie jest najlepsza. Nie zapewniają obsługi pokoju i sprzątania pokoju. Można jednak poprosić o czyste ręczniki i torebki herbaty w recepcji lub dzwoniąc pod numer 0. Kiedy próbowałem wybrać numer, byli zbyt zajęci, aby odebrać, więc musiałem udać się do recepcji. W pokoju nie ma bezpłatnego Wi-Fi i nie zapewniają adaptera do wtyczki elektrycznej. Prasowanie można wykonywać wyłącznie na parterze. Hotel jest dość stary. Jedna z wind nie działała, kiedy tam byłem, a druga była bardzo powolna. Przy głównym wejściu znajdują się schody, które nie są wygodne dla ciężkich bagaży. Znalazłem też trochę włosów w wannie. Chyba dlatego cena jest bardzo przystępna.

Highly recommend this hotel! My stay was made exceptional by the outstanding service provided by Jethin, the super duper staff member. The location is convenient, and the amenities, including free WiFi access, breakfast, rooflights, and luggage storage, were top-notch. The only suggestion would be to consider modernizing the faucet taps for better comfort and safety, especially for Asian guests like myself. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😍

Despite an initial confusion about my booking , I added the breakfast and got an immediate upgrade to an executive double room, bed was comfy, shower was hot and consistent, the room did get a little hot during the night
Breakfast was unlimited and fir the most part the cooked breakfast was well cooked, presented and plentiful.
Would definitely stay again

I booked a standard double room but it was with an attic and a large decorative window. Tidy rooms but no room services and bad sound insulation.

Hotel is good for the price. Although they gave me a room on the 5th floor with a window on the ceiling, it was loud at night because it was raining. Tell them not to give you rooftop room. Anything else was good, heating, luggage storage, location… breakfast very good

Rude staff. Unpleasant stay. The breakfast tasted a bit weird. The orange juice was diluted too much and didn't taste like orange juice. Staff constantly watching us as we were eating. No privacy and no comfort. When I tried to get more food, one of them snatched the tongs out of my hand and told me to leave. It's literally a breakfast buffet and it says on their leaflet. It was very uncomfortable and it's not worth it. It was just a place to sleep. Nothing more. I wouldn't book here again.
