I had a very unsatisfactory experience with this hotel, the staff is extremely friendly, and the hotel looks very nice, clean and luxurious, the room looks good and is very neat and clean, But I feel like the furniture is starting to get old. The toilet was difficult to flush and the shower curtain fell down when we touched it

The location of the hotel is very good. It is within the walking distance from the train station and Chinatown. However, their service is not the best. They don’t provide room service and room cleaning. However, it is possible to ask for clean towels and tea bags at the reception or by dialing 0. When I tried to dial, they were too busy to pick up, so I had to go to the reception. There is no free wifi in the room and they do not provide the adapter for the electrical plug. The ironing can only be done on the ground floor. The hotel is quite old. One of the elevators was not working when I was there and the other was very slow. There are stairs at the main entrance which is not convenient for heavy luggages. I also found some hair in the bathtub. I guess that why the price is very affordable.

Highly recommend this hotel! My stay was made exceptional by the outstanding service provided by Jethin, the super duper staff member. The location is convenient, and the amenities, including free WiFi access, breakfast, rooflights, and luggage storage, were top-notch. The only suggestion would be to consider modernizing the faucet taps for better comfort and safety, especially for Asian guests like myself. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😍

Despite an initial confusion about my booking , I added the breakfast and got an immediate upgrade to an executive double room, bed was comfy, shower was hot and consistent, the room did get a little hot during the night
Breakfast was unlimited and fir the most part the cooked breakfast was well cooked, presented and plentiful.
Would definitely stay again

I booked a standard double room but it was with an attic and a large decorative window. Tidy rooms but no room services and bad sound insulation.

Hotel is good for the price. Although they gave me a room on the 5th floor with a window on the ceiling, it was loud at night because it was raining. Tell them not to give you rooftop room. Anything else was good, heating, luggage storage, location… breakfast very good
