Fantastic hotel in the centre of Manchester, very clean, gorgeous room, delicious breakfast and the staff are lovely couldn’t ask for anything else. We will definitely be staying again.

the hotel lobby is beautiful however the rooms are dated, bathrooms are dated. you only get 1 hour or the spa facilities during your whole stay.

Good location! Very good service, breakfast was great, but not impressed with the room cleanliness, the carpet hasn’t been vacuumed on arrival, walls near the window and curtains were dirty, bath drain plug broken, toilet floor has been vacuumed also.

Room and bed amazing, bath OK.... tap in bathroom fell off .... would have liked more toiletries and a robe n slippers for the price of a nights stay.
Wish I'd been warned about booking a pool slot , was really looking forward to a swim after such a long trip and didn't get one ..... as all booked up ..... I would also warn other people the pool is closed 6pm ish .... so no quiet late night swims .... staff were lovely bed was super comfy 😴
