Was booked to stay elsewhere then found this place at great price so changed to this hotel, 5 mins to Oxford Rd station, Nice big room, city view, quiet as rooms as high up excellent full breakie, will use this hotel again Staff good, room good, location good, price excellent

It is very convenient when the parking is under the hotel, especially when it is raining outside, you don't have to go anywhere else, just use the lift. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is delicious.

Great staff and service during our stay at this hotel. Ramzan and Jemma were so welcoming and helpful at breakfast. The breakfast was always fresh and well cooked by chef Adrian and offered plenty of choice. The room were very clean and tidy.

I planned a trip to Manchester for my sons birthday and this hotel was recommended.we had a family room which was on the 10th floor and it was very spacious. It was good for the price and a good location for where we needed to be. It's within walking distance to some nice places to eat (once you know where your going) we just put it in Google maps. Jemma and Ramzan we're friendly and very helpful. We had breakfast and there was a good choice of food and it was all tasty.

We went as walk ins for a full continental breakfast. The variety was wide & they had vegan options too. Customer service was great, thanks to Ramzan for his great hospitality. I would return again, breakfast was served hot. Only thing, hot chocolate should be added to the options of hot beverages.

Unbelievably welcoming team. Young lady Emma I believe was kind polite and couldn’t do enough to help, went above and beyond to make my stay more relaxing. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Great views and the restaurant/bar area looks incredible.

This premier inn is a little gem. Well located with all the amenities you need. But the best marker of quality is the staff who are exceptional. Always helpful with a smile. I would list them all if I knew their names but in particular would like to give a special mention to Ramzan and Jenna for their hospitality, care and attention.

Difficult for disabled customers. There are some issues in relation to accessibility is attending the city or concert venues. There is no access to the Premier Inn via the car park ground level if you require a lift. Signs can be misleading. It's approx 20-30 mins walk to the city, uphill. Be mindful if you have mobility issues. A couple of issues on check-in. I raised my concerns with the duty manager, Tarun. He could not have been more helpful and empathetic. Great work ethic

Great hotel and close parking. We stayed in two family rooms which were adjoining (extra internal door to each room) which was great for our kids ages. Great staff and very helpful during our stay which was o my one night but that’s all we needed
