Well the pictures do not do this place justice. Horrific is probably an understatement dirty damaged and dated rooms with the dirtiest bed sheets This place was a hovel. Woken up at about 5am by the local drug peddlers plying their trade outside our ground floor window. Even trying to get a taxi was a no go when one of the taxi operators laughed when we asked to get picked up from there. Honestly if you are that desperate for a hotel room get a sleeping bag and sleep in a bus shelter. It is probably cleaner and safer.

Our stay wasnt what we expected! The room wasn't hoovered, the wardrobe nearly fell on me when I opened it, when you turned the sink on the water went allover the floor and onto my partners clothes, there was one towel for 2 people which had make up on it, there was used body wash sachets in the shower, the bedding had black marks on it, possibly mould, the skirting boards had hairs and rubbish on them and the worst thing was the toilet had dried urine on it! This is not somewhere we will ever come back to and they need to look at this! Avoid at all costs!

Stayed for one night for a gig at Heaton Park. Manager was welcoming on very helpful Room was clean, bed v comfy, tea/coffee in room, free WiFi and free parking on side road No towel in room and mates room next door had awful drain smell in bathroom Got what I paid it was fine overall Clearly having some money spent on it
