I booked a premium double room and it was very spacious. The hotel was really nice and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

This hotel has an exceptional location. It is in the middle of the city. The entire building is extremely imposing and historically significant. Our suite is very chic and stylish. The little details are very aesthetically pleasing, the Tom Dixon shoe doorstop, the vinyl record player, etc. The only thing I would also need but not provided was a bathrobe.

Whilst the hotel is stunning and the staff very friendly, the bed was simply too uncomfortable for a high end hotel. The mattress was very hard, until we asked and received a mattress topper which made it slightly better. The duvet and pillows also seemed very low quality and didn’t give the sense of luxury similar priced hotels do.

Really fantastic hotel, the staff were incredible and hospitable. They made my cat Luna feel very loved and welcome which was a huge relief. The facilities are beautiful and perfect for my work/personal trip with my partner. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanted the best comfort and elite hospitality service.
