Ashiyana Goa Yoga Retreat Centre

It was my third time at Ashiyana and it was another great stay. The food was excellent as always and the yoga was great, I particularly enjoyed Om and Jade’s classes. The retreat is not far from the beach, and all the people on the retreat were lovely and chilled.

It was my thirds time at Ashiyana and it still hits all the right spots. It has a great location but far from the beach and you feel as if you’re in the middle of the Jungle. The yoga and food were great, such tastey vegetarian food. The best instructors were Jade and Om. The people I met were lovely and good fun, we had lovely dinner times together. Can’t wait to go back!

You have to go to Ashiyana at least once in your life if you really want to feel paradise on earth. It is the most aestheic and generous surroundings. Everything is so beautiful and carefully designed down to the last detail in natual materiales. Antique doors, organic forms everywhere in the floors, steps, stairs, ,furnitures, anything. Spa- pools, resting places and lots of shalas to make yoga hidden in behind the palmtrees. Massage and bodytreatments performed by the best masseuses. The food is incredible and unmatched. An experience in itself. Delicious fresh, tasty, indian dishes. Everything is so nice and clean. On this point Ashiyana does not compromise. Friendly employes walk around in silence from early morning to late evening and ensure that guests always experience a beautiful and well- kept envitonment . The rooms are built in woodenhouses in two floors hidden behind the palmtrees. You are now in the jungle.The river just next to you and 5 minutes to the Arabien Sea. Only very few turists here around . You feel so much rest and in peace while you are here at Ashiyana,. The beaty and the love and kindness from the people working here is inkomparable. Special thanks to the caretakes - the lovely Elsa from Portugal, and Brandon from Alabama.

Wonderful yoga with beachside vibes. This is one of my favorite places I have ever stayed! The staff was friendly, the rooms were beautiful, and the beach was a 2 min walk away. Food was delicious and yoga was absolutely wonderful. I could not recommend this place enough.

Excellent yoga center with 3 shalas. Nice location close to the village and the beautiful beach. Nice gardens by the river. Good vegetarian buffet. Lovely staff. Good vibes. Different room categories. I recommend « river view ». Most of all an excellent place to practice yoga with international level teachers.

If you are an Indian and find Rs 1,40,000 too high for a short wellness stay, DON'T try to book here. Was trying and Mr Brandon from Ashiyana was quick to point out that the reason my feeling that 1.5 Lakhs was too high was because 95% booking were by Europeans and Ashiyana was "Not My Speed". Obnoxious people, should be thrown out of India !!

It was pleasant stay at resort..we enjoyed garba night it was nicely arranged.. Special thanks to Ms.Roma for helping us arranging room availability to avoid our cancellation.She was really helpful. Not only Roma but entire staff is helpful and quick to respond

Ich in etwas ambivalent, was meinen diesjährigen Aufenthalt im Ashiyana angeht. Ich hatte 2017 mein 4-wöchiges YTT hier absolviert und war danach noch 2x dort. Für mich war es ein Sehnsuchtsort, ein home away from home. Somit hat es mich auch dieses Jahr nach der Pandemie endlich wieder hingezogen. Allerdings muss ich sagen, dass der Zauber etwas verflogen ist. Es wirkt alles etwas improvisiert, die Badezimmer müssten nun wirklich mal renoviert werden, die gesamte Stimmung ist nicht mehr so wie es mal war. Die Crew hat sich auch geändert und ich kann es nicht genau beschreiben, was es war, was mich nicht so ganz reinkippen hat lassen. Auch die drop in Yoga Lehrer waren solala, auch das kannte ich anders von diesem retreat Center. Das Personal ist freundlich, wirkt aber noch etwas unsicher, wünschen wird aber sofort nachgegangen, was mich nur wundert ist, wieso *** als Gast erst darauf hinweisen muss und es nicht von Haus aus schon repariert wird.

Une équipe souriante et professionnelle aux petits soins pour votre bien être, des coachs de yoga ouverts, des pratiques variées et des soirées animées par de belles et nouvelles pratiques de méditations ou autres ! Pour se reposer tout en ayant une activité sportive, c'est parfait. Un lieu magique qui invite à revenir et je reviendrai ! Merci à tous pour votre délicieux accueil
