"Overall, I liked it. The ocean is a 10-minute walk on asphalt, there's an exchange office, a store, and a cafe all along the way. The breakfast food is a bit on the tacky side, but you can find something to eat (there's plenty of choice)."

"The hotel is look. Its look and design are well done. The pool is small but clean. The breakfast is adequate for this budget. The rooms are more or less clean. But i dont know why they made cottages from wood. There is a lot of noise at night if someone is staying on the floors above you. The best part is that the staff are quite helpful. Full marks for that. The location is a bit off because even though its close to the beach, ashvem is dead if you’re not going in season. If you go during season it should be fine."

"First night in Goa: a bungalow with atmosphere, but no air conditioning I stayed overnight in a bungalow on the day of arrival in Goa. The hotel grounds are well-kept and pleasant, the reception staff is friendly, they helped carry heavy things. The houses are located close to each other, in two lines. Due to the small occupancy, it was calm and quiet. There are signs around the territory about observing silence. The bungalow itself is made of thin material, the windows are through for ventilation. ‼️ The main disadvantage is that there is no air conditioning, only a fan. In hot and stuffy weather, this can be a problem, especially for people with heart disease. The next day, I moved to another place with air conditioning. Comfort: • Bed with clean linen • Clean shower • Fresh towels Food: I liked the restaurant - a pleasant atmosphere and delicious food. • Tuna salad – amazing, about 700 rubles • Breakfast a la carte – delicious, 1200 rubles Price and booking: • The night cost 3700 rubles • The next day you could book for 2400 rubles – it’s worth checking prices before booking Conclusion: If it weren’t for the lack of air conditioning, the place would be decent for accommodation. Suitable for those who sleep comfortably under a fan and aren’t afraid of the heat."
