The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was very nice. We stayed in a bungalow.

for the price I was expecting a way better room, furniture and room materials were average, uncomfortable chairs and desk, just the bed was really good to sleep very soft.

Nice Hotel with a good breakfast, but most of the staff at the front desk doesn't speak English and I got charched twice (once by *******, and the Hotel wanted to pay me again). Finally I got the money back but it needed two more visits at the Hotel until I got the money back.

Traffic noise from the city streets is ridiculously loud. Staff is very helpful and polite. Breakfast buffet is incredible.

The hotel was gorgeous. The pools were great. Our bungalow was also great. I just wish they walked us to our room initially and explained more about the pool area.
