The hotel front desk, room, and catering department have good services, and any problems can be solved through communication. The main thing is that after I booked and paid the full amount on trip.com, the hotel said that it had not received the room fee and was going to ask me to pay the room fee again. I said I paid the full amount, showed them the order, and then took a photo of my trip.com receipt. It was very strange. I have booked so many hotels, and this is the first time I have encountered this situation."

"The infrastructure is old. There has been some maintenance but not nearly enough. There is no hot water. The window frames do not meet the wall, thus there is a one inch gap where wind and noise gets thru. The safety deposit box does not work either. Towels? You get one per person, and that is it. Beach towels are not towels but only pieces of cloth. Beeakfast is adequate: unexceptional. There is a lot of security: armed guard at the entrance from early in the day until night. There is a rooftop but it opens at 6 pm. So not much to enjoy in terms of day views. At night the rooftop was ok with food and drinks and loud music and interesting characters and …what appeared to be underage kids. They have no shuttle service to and from the airport, but they will send you a taxi The beach is not great, and it has a city smell. Will no be coming back here"
