"I absolutely loved my three night stay at Hotel Broletto. The room was fabulous – spacious, well equipped, clean and stylish. There was a Lavazza Espresso machine in the room for that early morning coffee, luxury hygiene products in the bathroom, a fully stocked complimentary mini bar, and a comfortable bed. The en-suite has everything you need. Everything was in good condition and fresh. There is a lift too – never to be underestimated. The hotel breakfast is a typical Italian fare but really well done. A variety of fresh cornettos, pastries and cakes every day, fruits, cheeses, meats, breads, cereals, and a cappuccino machine. Winning! They have a convivio station set up in the breakfast room during the day and evening for anyone who would like a hot drink or snack. The standout though would have to be the hotel staff, Nicole, Anita, Deborah and in particular – Diletta, who went out of her way to ensure my stay was everything I wanted and perhaps didn’t know I needed. She was absolutely brilliant, cheerful, helpful, lots of great tips and suggestions which made my stay a breeze. Communication was excellent before, during and even after leaving. The location is central to everything you want to do and see. This hotel is a 10/10 in every way. I am very glad I chose to visit Mantova/Mantua and that I chose Hotel Broletto."

Personel zawsze jest gotowy do pomocy, zwłaszcza przy parkingu, hotel w ZTL, będzie musiał dobrze obejrzeć, aby najpierw gdzieś zaparkować, a potem przenieść się do parkingu. Hotel powinien wysłać klientom zgodną trasę z nazwą ulic, aby nie mogły się wtrącać w bloki nawigacyjne. Jednakże, to jest całkowicie wyrównane z lokalizacji hotelu. Będziemy rezerwować ponownie."

"Pokój nie jest duży, ale wystarczy sam. Recepta na przedpokoju była bardzo przytulna. Podprowadziłem mnie do taniej lokalizacji parkingowej. Możemy iść przez dziesięć minut od tego hotelu. Jest to wygodne. Ten hotel jest w mieście, a spacer od centrum jest również widokiem na stare miasto. Jest nadal bardzo wygodny."

"Clean and spacious rooms. Great ending to our two week trip. We stayed in 5 different hotels/B&B’s and this was by far the best! Don’t let the street approach give you a bad first impression, nothing beautiful or eye catching about the outside of the building (except the large modern door!). Not sure about parking as we arrived by Taxi but the staff is friendly and helpful so I would contact them for suggestions. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in Italy or Switzerland. Large variety and attentive staff. Excellent experience."

"The room and its attached ensuite was excellent - the bathroom in particular was modern and clean, however the walls were so thin I was treated to the full operatic performance by the Italian couple next door, including sobbing, screaming and the subsequent reconciliation. As I think other reviews mentioned, the hotel is in the same ownership as the ABC along the road, so breakfast is taken there. A good location, close to the railway but not noisy as the rooms are behind the street location."

"Depressing room overlooking an apocalyptic, "The Last of Us"-style view of an abandoned shopping mall. The walls were like tissue paper, I heard the others snoring, and I couldn't sleep a wink. The breakfast was awful, and the restaurant was awful. There wasn't even water in the mini-fridge. I asked for a spoon for dinner in the room (Deliveroo) and after an hour I had to go out to get one myself. The bathroom water ran yellow at times. The elevator, despite only being full twice, took forever to go up and down, with epic waits. I'd rather sleep in my car than sleep in my car."

"I stayed in a single room, it was basic, there was no kettle in the room or a mirror in bedroom, had to use the bathroom one. The bathroom was nice and clean. The room had lots of storage and a minibar. I didn't get any bottles of water in my room until the second day. The air conditioning/heating hard to control, so I just ended up turning it off. It was also unusual that the rooms don't have door handles on the outside, so had to make sure the door was definitely closed. Breakfast was decent, lots of bread and pastries, some hot food and self service hot drinksand juice. The hotel seems to be in a business park, near to some shops and across the street from McDonald's, but not sure how to get across. "
