Las personas de contacto antes de llegar tienen mal la información, se pregunto por el horario de llegada, se podía entrar a la propiedad desde las 13:30 y se me dijo que hasta las 15:00, el late checkout se ofrecio sin habitación, entonces no es late check-out es un pase de medio dia. Se debería de ofrecer una mayor variedad de marcas de cerveza.

La atención del personal excelente. Lo único que es molesto es que no cuentan con alguna alberca de “solo adultos” en donde no estén los gritos y música del animador ya que el ruido es excesivo para quienes queremos disfrutar y descansar
