"The place is clean and basic; it's exactly what it is, a place to sleep. The TV is very small and of poor quality, with a blurry picture. Beyond that, it had the essentials. What's not good is the service. The receptionists are not at all attentive; they try to do their jobs, but even while helping you, they complain to each other about what they have to do. The hotel's location is excellent. Good location."

"Everything flowed perfectly during our stay. The Trip app helped us get a very good price and there were no problems. We received the notices and payment receipts in a timely manner. There were no surprise charges. The reception staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel had good service in general, only the restaurant's schedule and menu for dinner I think could be better. Likewise, the maintenance of the sink should be more efficient since it was easily saturated as there was some obstruction. We will surely return soon."
