"I had a really lovely stay at Tribute Guest House-Matala in Lesotho. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out. The lady at reception was incredibly kind and helpful. On my way to the guest house, my car got stuck in the mud, and she went out of her way to call a driver to check on me and assist. She really didn’t have to do that, but she did, and I truly appreciated it. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay. It was a bit cold at times, but that can be forgiven given the area and weather. The location was good and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. The amenities were great, the food was fresh and very enjoyable, and the WiFi worked well the whole time with no connection issues. What I liked most was the genuine care and kindness from the staff, along with how comfortable the stay was overall. There wasn’t much I didn’t like, except for the slight cold in the room. I would definitely book again, especially with my family next time."
