„Un établissement récent, à la décoration soignée, dans le style japonais contemporain. Les chambres sont sobres et bien aménagées, avec un décor zen à base de bois, ce qui apporte beaucoup de charme et de repos. Les équipements pour la détente, autour des bains chauds (Onsens) et du sauna, sont très agréables et facilement accessibles. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bon, a 4 minutes à pied de la gare. Le personnel est sympathique, mais peu attentif au client, et manque clairement de formation, d'encadrement et de professionnalisme. Un effort doit être engagé à ce niveau. Enfin, l'heure imposée pour le check out est ....8h00, ce qui est simplement ahurissant, et cela mérite évidemment d'être rapidement modifié !”

The room was small, but it was very nice to have the outlets at the pillow, dryers, water servers in the common space, etc. It was cheap or cheap, but I was grateful that breakfast was included. „酒店早餐是免費的 住宿從4樓開始 1樓是大廳和餐廳 性價比極高 因為這個站幾乎沒有什麼餐廳 都是處於關門狀態要麼僅限預約 早上也沒有其它地方可以去吃飯 所以這個還是很重要的！打掃的也特別乾淨！即使連住 也會每天打掃房間！”

„The onsen is an absolute highlight. The rooms I nicely decorated and the futa mattress is pretty soft and nice. You have to be walk 3km from the train station and at least 1km from the nearest bus stop, which is pretty ruthless especially when it’s dark outside. But at least there are proper sidewalks.”

„初益田市、JRを利用してコンサート後の一泊でした、他のルートインは利用したことが有るので、ただ駅から遠い事だけが心配、コンサート後少し暗がりは有りましたが歩いて向かいました、隣にマクドが有るので歩きながらテイクアウトを予約して着いたら直ぐ受け取りお部屋でゆっくり食べました、朝食もとても美味しく頂きました、松江方面からは遠いですが山**が繋がったらまた行きたい街になりました。”

„在偏远地区竟然有一間新型酒店提供服務，房间設計簡約，嘆完溫泉♨️有足夠空間投供，有洗衣機干衣机給旅行人仕，休息室发现九龙城寨图册👍离车站大約走五分鈡左右，离店只需放下门卡即可离开。 酒店有服務員能說普通话及越南话。餐廳更提供全日用餐🍽️”
