"It is a good place to stay if you are looking for something cheap and relatively close to the center. We booked a basic triple room and it met our expectations in most aspects. The attention of the receptionists was ambiguous because there were days when they were very attentive and kind, they were very attentive to our requests and others when they were not. The room was simple but had what was necessary to be calm during the stay. Every day they replenished the amenities and cleaned the room, which was a detail that we loved. However, on the last day we requested housekeeping service for later and they had confirmed that it was indeed possible and then they did not come to make the room. In addition, unfortunately they gave us dirty toilet paper, which seemed inappropriate to us. In the room everything worked correctly, even the AC, except the minibar, we gave notice but we did not get a solution from the hostel. Finally, the pool was a very nice place to be after having toured the city under all the sun, and at first glance it was clear that it was well maintained."

"The hotel was good, the breakfast was average, with few options, and the shower was terrible. We had to ask twice for the temperature to be adjusted, as it was always very cold, until they fixed it! The room was nice, warm, and the double beds were small! The service was good!"

"The B&B has a good location in the city; it's easy to get there by Uber from the airport and get around the area on foot. Aristides Street (restaurants, bars) is very close and easy to walk to. It has a kitchen, which is a plus, and you can use it following certain guidelines. Across the street are two shops selling food, drinks, and baked goods. We found the service very impersonal; everything is handled via WhatsApp, and you don't see anyone at reception who can give you travel advice, directions on how to get around the city, or what to visit. Before check-in, they were friendly and gave clear instructions (via WhatsApp). The assigned room was okay, small, and smelled musty. The bathroom was spacious, but the drains had an unpleasant odor. The beds were very comfortable. The Wi-Fi in the room was very poor. On the last night, the room was freezing because they had a problem with the heating. I had to write to the owner, and he almost didn't come to fix the problem because he lived far from the B&B. He finally did arrive. This was urgent, and as a guest, I had to go to the central heating area to follow their instructions and try to identify the problem. The breakfast was very basic and monotonous. It's a nice project, but if they pay more attention to service, they'll surely have a better experience for their guests."

"We were very disappointed by this hotel. The entrance is impressive, the location is good, the views from the breakfast room are beautiful. But the suites, although quite large, are very uncomfortable. Wifi is only occasional and not reachable all around the suite. The bedroom's space is mostly taken by the Q size bed, and there are no reading lamps on the night stands (as indicated, wifi does not reach the bedroom--you can't read a book, you can't read your phone), the closet has only 3 hangers. The bathroom is so small the door hits the toilet so it does not open all the way. The large dinning room has a huge table, though the kitchen is equipped with a few cooking utensil and only 2 place-settings--and none of the usual amenities: no tea bags, no coffee, no sugar, no oil & vinegar, no sal & pepper, no napkins, no paper towels, no tea towel. The linens are old, the heating is noisy, the elevator doors make very strange noises. A few on staff were very nice and competent, and a few others not at all."

"The hotel is fresh, clean, comfortable. Located next to the bus terminal, which is very convenient for travelers. Breakfast is normal. The reception staff is friendly and welcoming. I missed a kettle in the room, but this is probably not common in Argentine hotels."
