Bardzo przyjemna okolica, praca od samego rana ☹️. Bardzo słaba izolacja akustyczna pomieszczeń. Posiłki i śniadanie po prostu w porządku.

Znakomicie z recepcji Ana poświęciła mi bardzo dobrą uwagę W super uprzejmej restauracji Bodou, a wieczorem na La terracita Sofy wyśmienite i luksusowe mojito!!!

Perfect location lovely hotel excellent staff and facilities have stayed there many times over the last 10 years used to go as a family of 5 but children grown up now this was the first time we went as a couple and it didn’t disappoint for a quiet relaxing time I would recommend

Stayed here at the end of May, 2 adults, 3 children. We had a 2 bed apartment which sleeps 5 but it was a bit a tight with only 4 chairs, 4 glasses etc and one bathroom pros and cons Pros… room was ready when we arrived at 11am and noticed that this was the case with others arriving throughout the week Quiet, relaxing location Beautiful views Food ok but not much variety Friendly, helpful staff Clean and tidy hotel Daily housekeeping Comfortable beds so we all slept really well Great cocktails Early breakfast if leaving before 8am Cons….. Lots of steps Smelly drains in the bathroom which became unbearable by the end of our holiday Main Bar not open until 5pm No lifeguard on duty No umbrellas Not enough room for clothes for 5 people so lived out of my suitcase. Remote location but regular buses Only a few restaurants within walking distance Overall a lovely holiday, would recommend if looking for somewhere quiet which isn’t busy.

Excellent staff, good food at all meals, clean, towels changed daily. The only reason I did not give it five stars was the smell of the drains in the bathroom after heavy rain. The location looking over the bay is stunning especially for sunsets and there are even hoopoes on the lawn most mornings. Be aware however, the hotel complex is accessed via many steep steps so not for the less able I would say.

This was booked through a Jet2 holiday and it was outstanding from the get go spotless, all staff courteous & helpful had the most amazing room, exceptional views of the pool and the sea restaurant absolutely faultless booked again for 2024

Upon arrival we were met with a very informative receptionist. Made our way to our apartment which we found to be spotless. The apartment had 2 bedrooms (1 double 1 twin) which were decent sizes. The bathroom again was lovely and clean with plenty of towels which were changed as and when needed, this goes for the bedding also. A hob but no oven, a microwave, kettle, fridge. Dining was a dream. You can go half-board or self catering which is what we did and paid for our meals when we wanted them. Breakfast lunch and dinner are available at a very reasonable price. The whole catering team did an amazing job, Breakfast i believe is a buffet affair lunch is from a menu but dinner is in my opinion the best. Its buffet but hot and cold with traditional menorcan dishes, Chinese English ect. Drinks were delicious. Had a fair few cocktails, the knowledge of the hospitality team was immense and led by mouloud, the team were so gelled together, helpful and really friendly , you left feeling youd known them a long time. Thisci think is testament to Mouloud i felt him to be patient and attentive towards his staff. The views are to die for, absolutely beautiful. As you take in your drink in the evening you can see an amazing sunset. There are plenty of sunbeds to sunbathe away from the lovely pool overlooking the sea. All in all, all the different teams made it the perfect location to stay.

Had a family holiday with four of us. Our apartment was lovely and spotless with a great view of the sea, fully air conditioned in the living area and bedrooms, so very comfortable! The staff were all very welcoming and helpful - special to mention to Malood who was a star! We went self catering but ended up eating at the hotel most evenings, food was good with quite a few options (bbq and Sushi nights for instance). Pool was clean and never overly busy , although beds and brollies were always snagged early so be warned - that said you could always get one at some point in the day. Entertainment most nights and the bar is perfect for an evening cocktail overlooking the sea… absolutely gorgeous sunsets. (See photos) Resort wise very quiet with only 3 or 4 restaurants local to the hotel… all pretty good though. Beach and 2 supermarkets are between 10-15 mins walk away depending on your pace. Beach very nice, you could walk out in the sea a long way - not a lot of activities available though so just keep in mind if you want that kind of thing. Fornells is a 5-10 min bus ride away - nice little town with some good restaurants, could also hire boat trips and scuba gear from here. Note the whole area is pretty quiet so again bear in mind - not an area focusing on ‘nightlife’ which was perfect for us! I also hired a bike from the hotel and cycled to fornells - nice bike ride not too strenuous. Would agree there are a lot of steps at Tramontana (pretty necessary to get the views!) so perhaps not appropriate for anyone with any mobility issues. Overall we as family fell in love with the place , perfect for a quiet family holiday and were very sad to leave- would go back in a heartbeat !… TIP ; don’t take lots of cash, you can charge everything to the room and pay off at the end of your stay! (Just worth keeping an eye on what you are spending!) We also went with Jet 2 and the rep was very good , had a couple of really nice excursions!
