Galdana Gardens
"We’ve just completed our stay at the Galdana Gardens and we have enjoyed every minute of our first trip here. We had a seamless check-in and then we were given Apartment 43 which gave us magical views across the sea and small harbour. Cala Galdana is a tourist resort, in fact we were informed that only 40 people reside here. There were a mixed bag of visitors to the resort including Spanish, French, English, etc we even met a lady from LA. The apartments were lovely and clean as was the pool area and the facilities at the back where there are additional toilets, showers and a laundry room. There is a lovely supermarket within metres of the complex, their pastries and freshly baked bread are fabulous. Would definitely stay here again, there are a few beaches to visit which are in walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️"

"What a smashing wee hotel. We had a room on the 1st floor with terrace which was fantastic as we had direct access out onto the courtyard grass area with patio tables and loungers. The hotel is immaculate with modern interiors and a gym with spa. The whole ambience is cool and calm and peaceful and the location is fantastic, only a 2 min walk from the main areas and 5mins from the bus station if you fancy a trip elsewhere. If you are looking for a small, very friendly and peaceful hotel with lovely staff in an amazing location in beautiful Ciutadella this hotel will be for you. We would definitely go back."

"What a great little place I was so impressed from the moment I entered the door, we were given a code to enter the door and get our room key which was all very simple and organised. The room was above and beyond my expectations with a fantastic bathroom and rain shower. There is a kitchen area upstairs where you can make yourself something to eat and a lovely roof terrace with great views over the rooftops down to the harbour and only a few minutes walk down to gorgeous Cala fonts. Last but not least I need to mention the owner Jody she was such a great help with everything and even organised a taxi to take us back to the airport. Thank you for such a great few days we will definitely be back. "

"Nice location in the town of ciutadella. We had a suite as you get the extra outside space, large terrace with two sunbeds and a table & chairs. Nice big room. Digging up a road outside most of our stay so a little annoying when on the terrace. My worst part was on two consecutive mornings, I had ants drop into my cereal bowl along with my cereals, they obviously lived in the cereal dispenser. I left them both mornings and didn't try again after that. Good selection of other breakfast foods though."
TRH Tirant Playa
"We had a stay between the 20th and 25th September (5 nights) with the All Inclusive option. On the 2nd night there was moderate rain with thunder, and a reasonable amount of water appeared inside the apartment (kitchen area) which flooded part of the kitchen and living room (right above the electrical panel). We tried calling reception several times and no one answered, so we had to go to reception in person, in the rain. At reception, they said that they were unable to resolve the problem, they had no free rooms and that we were not the only ones in the same situation. They gave us some towels to contain the flood, ourselves. After our complaint, this matter was never addressed by them again and there were no justification. We were never able to access a pool towel, and on the first day we were told that they could have them the next morning but that there were very few, this is not acceptable for a 4star hotel. The All Inclusive concept in this hotel is more realistic as Full Board + Drink. There is only 1 employee for bar service + table service + cleaning the area itself. The All Inclusive information they gave us on the reception was different from what is displayed in the bar and what is currently practiced. On the last day, a bar employee (the first time we were served by her) tells us that we can order any meal to take away, if we are not staying at the hotel (information that was never given to us at reception, even though we had asked which includes All Inclusive). For us, not a 4 * hotel."
Sagitario Menorca Mar Adults Only
"Just returned from a fabulous 5 night break. Having not had the opportunity to stay in an adults only resort before, I have to say this was the most relaxing holiday I've ever taken. The resort was beautiful, the staff were friendly and attentive, gave us directions to the local area on arrival and a bus time table. The property is perfectly situated between cala n bosch and Citudella and we had a wonderful time exploring both. The local bus is fantastic €1 to Cala n bosch €2 to Citudella run reasonably regular with a stop a 2 minute walk from the hotel. All in all we had an amazing time, don't usually visit a place twice but I think we may have to return, only thing that could of made it better was if we had been able to get a poolside room, but our room was nice enough tucked round the corner and glad it didn't get the afternoon sun as it was 28°. Other things to note that I wish I had known in advance - the hotel provides, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturiser, and dish / hand soap (good to know if packing light). Pool towels are also available free of charge (I believe €2 charge to change them but we didn't) . Tips for local area - Can Joan is a fantastic little restaurant just off the harbour front, cheaper than other places and good quality tapas. Best bar is Chaplins, very friendly staff and smoking is allowed (lots of places are now anti smoking to my surprise). Boat trip to Cala Ganada is worth doing a beautiful resort with plenty of free time, even if you wanted to explore rather than spend the entire time on the beach. Citudella is a must, fantastic city with plenty to see and do. Lastly we did eat in the hotel on our last night and we thought the food was very good quality and a good price, also a jug of white sangria is delicious. "The hotel is conveniently located in the city, with a partner parking lot just over 100 meters away, offering affordable parking and 24-hour access. The hotel is adults-only and has a pleasant atmosphere. Snacks, fruit, coffee, and tea are available in the lobby, and drinks and alcohol are provided in the room refrigerators, all complimentary. There is a small swimming pool in the courtyard. The front desk has regular hours and excellent service, and the breakfast is small but delicious. A drawback is the poor soundproofing, especially in Room 1, which is located close to the main entrance and faces the street. It can be quite noisy at night, disrupting sleep."

Na recepcji Quicus i Adriana zapewnili, że wszystko zostało załatwione z wydajnością, dobrocią i osobistym dotykiem, które sprawiły, że czuliśmy się naprawdę cenni. Ich dedykacja, reakcja i przemyślane zalecenia podniosły całe nasze doświadczenia. Zespół w restauracji na śniadanie i kolację Rubén, Cristfol, Lucía, Miguel, Leo, Adriana i Nadia konsekwentnie dostarczał nie tylko doskonałe jedzenie, ale także niesamowite usługi, zawsze uważne, przyjazne i prawdziwie zaangażowane. W barze, Yundri, Fran i Daniel stworzyły zrelaksowaną i przyjemną atmosferę, co sprawia, że każda chwila jest przyjemna z ich profesjonalizmem i dużą energią. Równie ważne, chcemy rozpoznać członków zespołu, którzy pracują za scenami domownicy, personel kuchni, ogrodnicy i wszystkie nie zawsze widoczne. Ich wysiłki, opieka i poświęcenie są wyraźnie odzwierciedlone w bezproblemowym środowisku, jakości żywności i ogólnego doświadczenia. Villa Le Blanc wyróżnia się za połączenie wybitnej usługi, uwagi na szczegóły, doskonałą gastronomię i zespół, który naprawdę dba o swoich gości. "Nasz pobyt w Torralbenc był całkowicie niezapomniany. Nieruchomość jest idyliczne i scenicowe, oferując spokojne i autentycznie Minorcan doświadczenie. "Room was very clean and beds have new mattresses. New reception really looked fresh and spacious. Floor tiles around the pool area did a lot of clonking as they require taking up and relaying. Bar area was OK but tables and floor need cleaning regularly but not enough staff to do these chores. The paying an euro for a plastic glass seemed crazy. Some staff seemed confused about drinks. Toilets didn't have hand soap available and had to find some out of other toilets. Toilets near pool very small and floor slippy. No attendant going round checking up. Food on most occasions was cold and therefore not edible. Had salads most of the time I stayed in. Cost me a lot of money going to eat out in the evening Breakfast was always good and variable. Staff always tried to be helpful and made you welcome. I believe the food needs to be better and hot and it will be excellent. Going again in September so hope issues sorted and I do understand the hotels has changed hands recently. It's a lovely hotel and are is wonderful quiet and safe. Just up the anti please"
