"Milanos Pinguinos to bardzo duży hotel w którym dużo sie dzieje. Codzienne animacje dla dzieci oraz dorosłych. Każdy wieczór to inne show, typu pokazy magii, pokazy cyrkowe, quizy, pokazy taneczne, piana party, występy djów. Nie ma nudy. Sama miejscowość bardzo spokojna z kilkoma sklepami i restauracjami czy lodziarniami. Wielki atut hotelu to takie ustawienie architektoniczne budynku że praktycznie wszystkie pokoje są z widokiem na morze, a plaża tuż przy hotelu to najpiękniejsza plaża na wyspie i jedna z najpiękniejszych w Europie. Na terenie hotelu mini golf, bilard, stoły do ping ponga oraz dwa baseny, jeden duży z łagodnym wejściem do wody. Jedyny minus że ratownicy nie pozwalają na wchodzenie do wody z dmuchańcami, szkoda. Jedzenie bez zarzutu. Jeśli chcesz ominąć kolejki do bufetu to radzę przychodzić na posiłki zaraz po otwarciu stołówki. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Jest duży projektor na którym są puszczane bieżace wydarzenia sportowe. To jeden z moich najlepszych wakacyjnie spędzonych pobytów. Goście hotelowi to w większości portugalczycy, włosi i hiszpanie. Na terenie hotelu niewielka siłownia, na zewnątrz siłownia do kalisteniki oraz boisko do piłki nożnej."

"We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It is a large property with all the perks of a big resort—like an aquapark, multiple pools, and great entertainment—yet it still manages to feel cozy and intimate. Even with full occupancy, the hotel was quiet (!), and there was absolutely no "sunbed war."What we loved:The aquapark: Very fun and attractive.The architecture: Low-rise, guest-friendly buildings. The tiled roofs, green shutters, and matching curtains create a wonderful, charming atmosphere.The downsides:The bathroom: It is definitely in need of refreshment.The food: Typical, average all-inclusive buffet.Overall, our stay was a big plus. "Our first impression of the hotel was positive. The rooms were a decent size, the food was good during the first few days, there were plenty of tables available at dinner, and it was easy to find a sunbed by the pool. Unfortunately, things went downhill after the first week. We had to move rooms because of an ant infestation, and my daughter woke up screaming one morning after finding ants crawling on her bed. That was completely unacceptable. Once the school holidays started, the hotel became extremely overcrowded. The dining hall was chaotic, it felt like feeding time at the zoo. There were no free tables, plates regularly ran out, many tables were left dirty, and there simply weren’t enough staff to cope. Even the breakfast drinks machine was dispensing warm water. It became obvious the restaurant simply isn’t designed to accommodate the number of guests the hotel caters for. The restaurant management was a shambles, with staff constantly trying to squeeze more tables into outdoor areas to cope with demand. During the first week you could choose any available table, but later this changed and guests had to wait to be seated. I didn’t mind the new system, but the way it was introduced was poor. The staff member explaining the change came across as rude, and the language barrier made it difficult to understand what was happening. That said, not all of the dining staff were the problem. Paula and Andras were absolutely fantastic and a real credit to the hotel. They worked tirelessly throughout every service and always had smiles on their faces despite how busy it was. Their hard work and positive attitude didn’t go unnoticed, and they deserve recognition. It’s a shame the same level of service and professionalism wasn’t reflected throughout the rest of the restaurant team and its management. The children’s entertainment team are a fantastic group of girls who do so much for the kids. Our youngest daughter loved them. The drinks were also massively overpriced. Charging £2.80 for a 500ml bottle of water by the pool is excessive, and the measures at Las Dunas Bar were poor. It’s no surprise so many guests brought and drank their own water instead of buying drinks from the hotel. Gin measure weaker than back home in uk The cleaners turn up when they want, one day the cleaner turned up at 5pm to clean our room. Just after we had got back from a day at the beach. Also witnessed the cleaner walk past rubbish left on the floor on numerous occasions. The sunbed situation is joke, with no where near enough brollys for sunbeds. Left with towels on until mid afternoon. Only ever seemed to be one life guard for 3 pools who didn’t seem to start till 11 when the pool opens at 9 and left at 6 There’s also very little to do in the surrounding area, so we were glad we hired a car for our two-week stay. Overall, while the hotel started off well, it quickly became overcrowded and the service standards dropped significantly. For us, it felt more like a bud"

"Pros: The property is picturesque - well kept and lovely. Rooms are also beautiful. Breakfast is top notch as well. And the pool is magnificent. Cons: Some of the clientele at this resort treated this 5 start hotel as if it was an all inclusive jet2 holiday, putting their bags on pool chairs to reserve their “spot” before breakfast. As a result the other guests that went to pool when they were ready to go weren’t afforded an umbrella so we baked in the hot sun every morning (umbrella seats were reserved by those just arriving to breakfast). The hotel offered a list of restaurants. We went to one tapas place in Mahon which was very good. The other place listed as the #1 reco in Mahon I got terrible food poisoning at and was in bed for 4 days with antibiotics."

"The room is not big, but the sea view is beautiful! The red-haired lady at the check-in front desk was very patient and nice, and explained every matter in detail! It gave us a very good impression when we first arrived at the hotel! Including booking a boat trip and a taxi to the airport, the entire front desk team was very active and professional! I especially want to emphasize the praise of the beautiful Manuela who is the receptionist at the cape nao restaurant on the ground floor. She is so nice, very enthusiastic and energetic! She helped us find a good dining seat, and asked us if the meal was cold and if we needed a shawl! She knew that girls like to take pictures, and she also helped us reserve a sea view table for dinner the next day! I was really touched! My whole heart was healed!"

"There are a lot of positives about this hotel. It's fantastically situated, the room was comfortable, the maids cleaning every day were excellent as were all the staff, and there was good air con, a fridge and safe. Pool was relaxing and clean. Why then only 3 stars? Because, unfortunately, I thought the food was terrible. The freshly cooked meat and fish were okay, though the fish sometimes full of bones, but much of the rest was poor, being left standing with no attempt to be kept hot. Who wants cold pasta and pizza? At breakfast the tomatoes were awful, the mushrooms horrid and the bacon paper thin and hard. Hash browns were soggy and unappetising. And if you are vegetarian you will struggle. There was no separate veggie section and it was sometimes hard to tell if a rush had meat in or not. Very very disappointing, especially for a 4 star hotel. The small cafe next to the supermarket did great pizzas and delicious and varied ice cream - despite paying half board we ate out twice as the food in the canteen was so poor. A shame because, as I've said, it was otherwise excellent."

"Trzecia wizyta z rodziną, jak zwykle fantastycznie. Najczystszy basen w jakim kiedykolwiek byłem, czystość hotelu ogólnie na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Uprzejmy i pomocny personel, zwłaszcza w restauracji. Jedzenie prawie takie samo jak w większości bufetów All Inclusive, chyba że jesteś naprawdę wybredny, zawsze coś znajdziesz, zwłaszcza przy barze przekąskowym przy basenie otwartym w ciągu dnia. Ratownicy czuwają i są w dobrej formie, nie są pewni, czy to ich zadaniem jest pilnowanie porządku, ale wokół basenu chcieliby, aby kobiety noszą koszulki, a w przypadku par chronią prywatność swoich miłosnych zajęć. Plaża znajduje się 30 sekund dalej, być może udaj się tam i zadbaj o to, aby basen był przyjazny dla rodzin. "We stayed at Llucasaldent, perfectly nestled between Son Bou and Alaior, with a group of 20 friends for a week — and it was, without question, one of the most amazing experiences of our lives. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless and special. Cristina greeted all 20 of us with warmth and professionalism, and our luggage was taken directly to our rooms. The first impression was pure awe — the villa is one of a kind. The views stretch endlessly across the island, and the property feels both luxurious and peaceful in a way that’s hard to find anywhere, especially coming from the U.S. The villa itself is immaculate — every room was spotless and beautifully designed. There are multiple cozy lounge areas (including hidden cave nooks!), two gorgeous pools with incredible island views, and plenty of space for everyone to relax together or find quiet moments alone. It’s rare to find a property that can handle such a large group so seamlessly, but Llucasaldent truly exceeded every expectation. The food and dining experience deserve their own paragraph. Breakfast was an absolute highlight every single day, and the dinners were just as memorable — varied, flavorful, and beautifully presented. On our final evening, we requested a BBQ dinner, and it turned out to be one of the best meals any of us have ever had. The staff — Cristina, Ben, and Antoinette — were absolute stars. Their kindness, patience, and constant smiles made us feel at home from start to finish. They handled our (admittedly lively!) group with total grace and good humor, organizing taxis, groceries, and anything else we could have needed. Their hospitality was 11/10. The villa worked perfectly for 20 guests — spacious enough for group breakfasts, games, and pool days, yet intimate enough that we always felt connected. Some of our favorite memories from the trip were simply sitting together at breakfast, lounging by the pool, and laughing late into the night surrounded by Menorca’s quiet beauty. If you’re even considering a trip to Menorca — BOOK THIS VILLA. Whether it’s two people or twenty, this place is pure paradise. "Hotel sam w sobie uroczy. Podzielony na sekcje, baseny, aquapark, zieleń - czego chcieć więcej? No właśnie…. Czystości!! Pokoje tragedia, grzyb na ścianie, pleśń pod zlewem i na ścianach łazienki… W dodatku w pokojach utrzymywał się zapach wilgoci i piwnicy. Po całej nocy budziliśmy się z uczuciem wilgoci na pościeli. Pokoje to największy minus tego hotelu. Obsługa sympatyczna niestety w 90% nie mówiąca po angielsku co było dla nas dużym zaskoczeniem, szczególnie ratownik w aquaparku nie mówił absolutnie nic. Zastanawialiśmy się czy gdyby usłyszal “help” to ruszyłby na pomoc… Alkohole są lane z automatu (zero smaku alkoholu, sam syrop) są po prostu niesmaczne. Jeśli ktoś liczy na ciepły basen również się zawiedzie. Co więcej byliśmy rozczarowani faktem, że na zdjęciach oferty jest jacuzzi, a finalnie nie było możliwości skorzystania z niego - bo nie. Podsumowując jak na 4 gwiazdkowy hotel - bardzo słabo"

"First of all, the place is beautiful and the setting is magical, with lovely and cozy rooms. The problem arose when I indicated in the booking that I couldn't eat gluten, and upon arrival, there were no gluten-free options available at either dinner or breakfast. When I complained at reception, they said they hadn't noticed and were very sorry, but they still didn't bring me bread or any other gluten-free products. So, I couldn't enjoy either dinner or breakfast as one would expect from a hotel of this category and price."

"This is mine and my family’s 4th visit in a row to this lovely hotel, and we enjoyed it once again! Such a lovely holiday destination and resort. We all loved the food, the beach, the shops either side of the resort, the pool and sun loungers and everything else. We were half board but for our family that is all we need… either buy lunch at the pool bar or eat it in the apartment. I found there was a lot of variety of food in the las dunas restaurant to try and cater for anybody. Me and my sister would just like to say thank you to the animation team, who put up with us for the 9 days we were there, remembering us from the year before, including us in all the activities and being so nice to us at any time of the day. They clearly love their jobs and do are good at it. With running the kids club, aqua gym, arm/face painting and the mini disco in the evening and even sometimes the quiz. Every member was brilliant but 2 people stood out to us this year - Lucia and Sandra. Especially on our last night when they put our favourite songs on the mini disco. I am sure we will be coming again soon as we all love it Thanks"
