We had a lovely, peaceful week here in this beautiful spot in Menorca and all the staff were friendly and worked really hard to help us enjoy our stay. Simon the waiter deserves a special mention. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and spacious and the food was very good with plenty of choices available. We were close to the beach and port and the bus stop was just outside. I would definitely return.

My fiancé and I stayed a week here the 1st week in October and I can't speak highly enough of the staff and the hotel. The breakfast was pastries, cereal, fruit, bread, and the option to help yourself to hot items and there is a chef to cook you omelettes too. Dinner was different each night and there was a chef to cook fish, chicken, lamb, prawns, etc, and someone preparing fresh salads too. I never normally eat desserts but I did this time, the chocolate cake that they serve was delicious. They had a different cheesecake each night, lots of ice creams, fruit, and different desserts to choose from. The pool bar for lunch is very reasonable for food and tasty too, the usual suspects, sandwiches, burgers, salads. There is a local shop about a 3 min walk away and we bought water from there and stocked up our fridge. We were getting picked up for our flight at 7.10am and the staff put some breakfast items on and hot drinks, even though the breakfast wasn't meant to open until 8am. Everyone around the hotel says 'hola' to you and is very friendly. Being pregnant this super chilled hotel was perfect for me but if you are looking for a lively atmosphere, this is probably not going to be for you. Thank you for the lovely stay, we will be returning x

Rooms are very comfortable , clean and with all the facilities to self cater should you desire. But with excellent choice and quality at breakfast and dinner why cook for yourself! Location good, short walk to the beach and harbour area but far enoughay to avoid noise and disturbance. Lovely large pool, with no shortage of sun beds and spaces to sit comfortably. All the staff friendly and efficient, kept a dinner for us after late arrival and provided early breakfast when we went off on an early trip. A bus ride to Ciutadella well worth it, treat yourself to a lunch at one of the excellent seafood restaurants around the harbour. As others have mentioned, a bit disappointed that the terrace bar was not opened for somewhere to go on the occasional evening. Never mind, saved money by stocking up at supermarket next door and drinking on balcony. This was our first visit but we are already planning our return in 2023

Lovely hotel spotlessly clean food was lovely in restaurant not so nice in the snack bar and well over priced. Entertainment was poor they only had 4 acts on out of 7 nights we stayed and everything shut At 10.30 . There were no other bars open only where and when entertainment was on in the hotel. Nice and close to the beach and marina . But overall we were bored in the evening only so many times you can walk around the marina and see the same things . Absolutely nothing going on around the pool or anywhere in the hotel during the day. If you want a holiday with absolutely nothing going on in hotel then this will be ideal. Shout out to all staff they work really hard

Just returned from a lovely two weeks at this hotel. All staff always attentive and really friendly, made to feel really welcome. Pool is fantastic, no problem getting sunbeds any time of day. Still have the few who hog beds but these were in minority(must note all british). As previously said some loungers could do with renewing along with some area's of pool. General wear and tear. Spa Gym area real treat and available free of charge except for treatment's at all times. Room spacious and kept immaculate by housekeeping staff, once again could do with some TLC. Food always plentiful with lot's of choice at breakfast and dinner, restaurant staff friendly and attentive at all times, really enjoyed their interaction at meal times, nothing too much trouble. Only gripe prepped hot food could be slightly warmer. We had early flight on morning of return and were offered breakfast without even asking, nice touch. Would definitely return.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo per 10 giorni e ci ha piacevolmente stupito. La nostra camera, una suite (la 204) si affacciava sulla piscina ed era veramente ben strutturata. Molto spaziosa, comoda, con tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno gradevole. Le pulizie venivano svolte quotidianamente e la camera era sempre in ordine. Il ristorante serviva una cucina internazionale di buon livello e si trovava sempre qualcosa di buono da mangiare. Il personale molto gentile e professionale era sempre disponibile. In sostanza un gran bel soggiornare!!

Magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel très bien situé, près du port et de la ville de Ciutadella où règne une belle ambiance. Un grand merciiiiiii à Gabriela à la réception qui a sû répondre à toutes nos demandes en français. Tout le personnel est souriant et professionnel, merciiiiiii à Julia et Martin responsable de salle en restauration ainsi qu'à Juan et tous ces collègues de service pour nous avoir servi durant tout le séjour. Félicitations à tout le personnel pour leur engagement. Que dire, chambre spacieuse, cuisine très bonne sous forme de buffets, suffisamment de transats autour de la piscine, emplacement de l'hôtel excellent avec accès à 2 magnifiques plages. N'hésitez pas à faire une sortie à bateau pour profiter des paysages grandioses et de toutes ces criques d'eau turquoise qui vous attendent. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir......

3 nuits dans cet hôtel pour un week end prolongé. Personnels agréables et professionnels. Ce n’est pas une chambre mais un petit appartement équipé + balcon. Bonne literie. Hôtel avec buffet à volonté le matin. Idem pour le soir pour 20 euros. Le petit bémol de ce genre d’hôtel... (Tester d’autres restaurants si vous pouvez) grande piscine extérieur et accès spa/sauna sur inscription. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande
