Hi.. Julia if you still remember us . sorry for my late review .We're from netherland and it's our first time stay in this hotel i booked the room from agoda. From the moment we were checked in by Ms Julia we had a most memorable stay until we checked out. also she checked on us in every occasions to see if we were enjoying our stay or if we needed anything. she is one of the professional person , friendly and very good sense of humor and always smiles. About hotel having very great pool with nature view, full of mirror in every where, the breakfast is also good . keep up the great job julia ! I have to say that the accommodation experience here is really good, and the service staff is also very enthusiastic! When you check in, you have to choose what breakfast you want tomorrow, and he will deliver breakfast to your room, so you just tell him what time you want to have breakfast, and they will deliver breakfast at that time to your room The bed in the room is very big and can accommodate four people. The faucet in the bathroom is also strong, but if you want hot water, you may have to wait a while. There is basically no view outside the room, but it is quite quiet when you sleep at night. stayed for two nights here.the main note is that there is an independent bank atm at the entrance of the hotel.it is still one building with the hotel with spa and reflexiology that the price is not expensive,and there is also indomaret. At least for the need to buy drinking water and snacks is easy. Next to the hotel is a pharmacy and a big mosque. Opposite the hotel is a Sunda dining house, fried rice and cart buns, there is also a coffee house. Really complete what needed is around the hotel. The room size 18m2 is enough for a mantra in the room. Add a spacious feeling with a window in the room. unfortunately,the window with dead glass,if the window can be opened,it is certainly comfortable to feel the cold air of bandung in the morning.the bed is comfortable with a pillow and also a unique small pillow extra.the tv channel is very complete. water heater is available,although coffee and tea are not provided.it is no problem to be able to buy all at indomaret.bathroom towels are soft and wide.water is also good pressure. There are two notes for room facilities, room air conditioning is not cold enough, it seems to be needed in the service filter and the bathroom is not so spacious (if it is 20cm wider it will definitely be enough). the breakfast menu is very varied and delicious,even the bataki sauce when i tried the sauce tasted just right.for smokers,there is also its own place.one note for breakfast,why is the drinking glass so small?

From the moment we were checked in by Ms Julia we had a most memorable stay until we checked out. also she checked on us in every occasions to see if we were enjoying our stay or if we needed anything. she is one of the professional person , friendly and very good sense of humor and always smiles. About hotel having very great pool with nature view, full of mirror in every where, the breakfast is also good . keep up the great job julia ! Went there because of the rating, and because they have rooms with connecting door. Which is important for a family with teenagers like us. Turned out, we're happy with the beautiful decorations of this hotel. They pay attention to details and so in love with the baby blue color that dominates the hotel. They can fill up the mini bar for additional Rp 25k. The deluxe room we had was 21m2 small but somehow nice enough and comfortable for we just stayed for a night. I love the pillows. Rugs are clean, some do looked aged but clean enough. Breakfast was served a la carte to the tables in the restaurant, except for bread, danish, fresh milk - those are served in a small buffet. Service was excellent. The plus point is the areas was packed with FOs and restaurant - must be nice when the pandemic is over. But as we avoided crowds, we just had meals from the restaurant which were delicious and at affordable prices. Check-in and out were easy, staffs are courteous .. perhaps we will come back. Thanks.

stayed for two nights here.the main note is that there is an independent bank atm at the entrance of the hotel.it is still one building with the hotel with spa and reflexiology that the price is not expensive,and there is also indomaret. At least for the need to buy drinking water and snacks is easy. Next to the hotel is a pharmacy and a big mosque. Opposite the hotel is a Sunda dining house, fried rice and cart buns, there is also a coffee house. Really complete what needed is around the hotel. The room size 18m2 is enough for a mantra in the room. Add a spacious feeling with a window in the room. unfortunately,the window with dead glass,if the window can be opened,it is certainly comfortable to feel the cold air of bandung in the morning.the bed is comfortable with a pillow and also a unique small pillow extra.the tv channel is very complete. water heater is available,although coffee and tea are not provided.it is no problem to be able to buy all at indomaret.bathroom towels are soft and wide.water is also good pressure. There are two notes for room facilities, room air conditioning is not cold enough, it seems to be needed in the service filter and the bathroom is not so spacious (if it is 20cm wider it will definitely be enough). the breakfast menu is very varied and delicious,even the bataki sauce when i tried the sauce tasted just right.for smokers,there is also its own place.one note for breakfast,why is the drinking glass so small?

I have to say that the accommodation experience here is really good, and the service staff is also very enthusiastic!
