This is one of my favourite hotels as I drive from France to Sweden with my dogs. Lovely staff that always go out for their way to make the stay enjoyable and even let me have room service really late in the evening, when I was tired after a long day of driving, and it normally was finished for the day. They speak good English. But the BEST with this hotel is the beds!! If I could sneak one home with me I would. ;) Super comfortable and lovely fluffy duvets and pillows in spacious rooms with complementary water and coffees and tea. The rooms are spacious. My dogs and I will be back! :)

De passage pour une nuit. Réceptionniste sympathique. Petit déjeuner correct et suffisant. Chambre petite mais adéquate aux attentes vu le type d’établissement. Literie correcte. Le linge de bain pourrait être amélioré car peu absorbant. Gel douche à disposition, tout était propre.

The hotel location is very good, right next to the train station, the hotel has parking lot, can also park on the roadside after 7pm to 9am for free, the hotel elevator is small, but the room is clean, we are passing tourists, I think the price / performance ratio is still Quite high,

Stayed one night at The Novatel in Metz on our way to Italy we were late arriving due to delay at Dover on route The hotel provided an excellent 3 course evening meal that was most welcome the staff were helpful and friendly Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold food the rooms were clean and spacious with complementary tea or coffee bathroom very good with walk in shower the disappoin**ent I have I was not staying longer an excellent choice for a vacation

Soundproof rooms both out to the street as well as against the other rooms and dark light to keep the light out when you go to sleep. The rooms are very spacious, fresh & clean and so is also the bathroom. The breakfast invites you to a meal where you dont feel hungry just as quick as you have eaten. There is a lovely outdoor terrass where you may eat your breakfast. The staff is serviceminded and the hotel has a cooperation with the parking garage over the street. When you check out you give the ticket to the reception and you receive a new ticket and pay attention to what they say on how you should do cause you get the parking cheaper this way. you cant drive to the entrance with your bags and load them off so park your car first and then walk to the hotel. Took 5 minutes for us. If you wish to go out and eat there are restaurants close to the cathedral, walk in that direction and you will find them.

The hotel is in an old house and it has several rooms on each floor. There is a lift. The reception is on the first floor. We had a room that was very small but good for one night, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom is very small but the shower is good, with soap dispenser. There is good wifi. Breakfast is rich and various. The location is perfect, few minutes’ walk from the centre. The staff is kind.
