Notre arrivée après 21h a été épique. La borne de l'hôtel ne délivre pas de reçu donc nous n'avons pas le code pour ouvrir le portail et entrer en voiture. Heureusement un client très sympathique nous donne le code et nous pouvons nous garer. Comme nous avions réservé les petits-déjeuners, nous cherchons les horaires et aucun affichage ou autre ne nous informe. Arrivés dans la chambre, le lit en hauteur ne dispose pas de drap pour le matelas mais d'une simple alèse en papier! Dans la salle d'eau, seulement 2 serviettes alors que la réservation a été faite pour 3 personnes. Le petit déjeuner à 8,50€ est plus que limite: très peu de choix, des pots de confitures ouverts qui peuvent attirer les mouches, des yaourts en limite de dlc qui sont gonflés sur le dessus, une machine à boissons chaudes en fin de vie… Et pour couronner le tout, une personne à l'accueil que tout agace, 3 clients qui apparemment se disputent avec un volume sonore élevé et personne de l'hôtel qui n'intervient pour leur demander de respecter les autres clients en parlant moins fort. Bref une très mauvaise expérience qui me fait rayer de la liste la chaine des hôtels B&B. Nous avons pourtant eu de très bons séjours dans ces hôtels mais depuis quelques temps le niveau de qualité baisse tandis que les prix montent.

We have spent one night in this hotel a few kilometers from the center of Aix en Provence. The check in was quick and smooth and our room spacious and fairly clean. It was a pleasure to enjoy the swimming pool on a hot day like the one we had. It was a good stay and very good value for money considering the high prices in high season.

Esperienza tutto sommato molto positiva. Albergo pulito, accogliente e con un bel parcheggio intorno (anche se al mio arrivo più della metà era occupato dalle forze dell’ordine). Un po’ fuori se si vuole andare in centro ad Aix, però nel complesso lo consiglio. Camera pulita, piccolina per due ma per una persona era sufficiente, bagno minuscolo e veramente sacrificato. Doccia ampia senza tende né chiusura, ovviamente manca il bidet, però manca anche un asciugacapelli che in una struttura così avrei preferito ci fosse. Sulla colazione non posso giudicare perché ho preferito andar in una pasticceria a 5 minuti a piedi, che alla fine costa meno e sicuramente offre maggior scelta. Zona tranquilla senza tanti rumori nella notte.

We stayed here for two nights. The location is about one/half block to bus parking which takes you to the TGV station and runs every half hour. It is about a two block walk to Cours Mirabeau. We didn't have a car but understand there is a parking ramp nearby. The room was clean, the brunch very good and the staff at the hotel was very helpful. We would stay here again.

We recently spent four nights here and i can't rave enough! We made reservations primarily based on reviews we read here and we thought the hotel was even better. We were traveling as a family with our teenage daughter and booked the junior suite which was perfect. A large room by European standards and it was perfect. We had a fold out twin bed and we could move around the room with it open. The location was great - close enough to everything but not overrun by street noise and busy crowds. We walked to dinner every night and one restaurant was better than the next. We spend one day in Aix-en-Provence and did day trips the other days. There was so much to see and visit in the area but more about the hotel. The front desk staff were so nice and so helpful. Mostly younger but so attentive and helpful making reservations for us, changing tickets to a site we booked when our daughter wasn't feeling well and offering great suggestions. The breakfast was also a big hit. I would recommend getting it included. There is a beautiful outdoor garden to eat in. Plentiful food and great variety from bacon and eggs to a continental breakfast of pastries and fruit. Lastly, we booked the parking spot which was a big plus. It was a short walk from the lobby and it was great to not have to worry when we returned from our adventures about where to park. Can't recommend enough. We look forward to returning.
