Hotel Minerva was affordable and in a great location. We knew it wasn’t going to be a super fancy hotel, but we wanted something affordable and in a good area. The subway is literally right next door which made getting places around Milan so easy! We always felt safe at Hotel Minerva and in this area. The breakfast in the morning was good (7am-10am) and the staff was friendly and helpful. For what we paid, we were happy with our experience!

Brought my fiancé here as part of his birthday present. The reception staff were so lovely & helpful throughout our stay. Room could’ve been better - was a bit small, toilet seat was broken and could’ve done with a kettle. Can’t thank the staff enough for giving us hot water when we asked for it though! Breakfast was lovely & is beyond continental, as you get cooked items such as bacon & eggs as well. Room was cleaned spotlessly every day. Overall, we were really pleased with our stay & would return!

This hotel is at the perfect location - less than a minute walk to the Duomo. In close proximity to the tram station and the subway station. There are a lot of places to shop and eat around the hotel. The single room was small but perfect for a solo traveller like myself. The hotel staff was nice and kind (especially Jimmy - he was very helpful). The breakfast spread was decent. Very much recommend if you prefer to stay in the heart of Milan and in close proximity to all the best places. Good to mention that most of the pick up points for day tours were within 10min walking distance.

I highly recommend this hotel. The room and bathroom were surprisingly spacious, very clean. The staff were super helpful with our many questions. There’s a nearby park, shopping mall, apertivo and easy to use trams to get around Milan. Breakfast was excellent. There’s a real attention to service at this hotel.

Well located with ample public transportation near the hotel and about a 40 minute walk from the city center. We had a double room with patio that was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff is accomodating particularly the night female desk attendant. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying with a good variety. Lilly, the head person in the breakfast room, was very friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed her service and personality. Overall, we had a very good stay here and would definitely stay here when visiting Milan. Highly recommended.
