Booked this online requested a ground floor room due to my mother's limited mobility, she uses a walker. When we arrived was told by front desk clerk that since we were the last guests to arrive she only had 1 room & it was upstairs. After being informed that there was no elevator available & no other rooms I explained we would not be able to stay there & needed to cancel the room. I think that they need to inform people to reserving that this hotel is not ada friendly

If you don’t like to sleep at night then definitely book this hotel. The room did t have real blinds or curtains, they had very very very old wood shutters. These do not block out light at all and they leave the “hallway” lights on all night which makes for a horrible combination when you try to sleep. I barely slept at all the few nights I was there because the inside of my room was light up like daylight ALL NIGHT LONG!

The suite was an amazing value, with a 2nd room with a queen size bed. Main room was roomy, comfortable.

We stayed in the room with 3 queens! It was so big and let us spread out. The staff was so friendly, we were only there one night.

It is a good location, not a long walk downhill to town, or uphill from town. Everything worked well. The only amenity we used was the internet. It was a good bed, a quiet place and we slept well. The parking area can be a bit awkward depending on the spots available when you arrive. And in our room nothing dried in the bathroom.

Only thing that was wrong with the stay was the bathtub was clogged other than that it was perfect

Overall good experience, parking is kind of tight. Rooms are cute, but can hear everything from your neighbors on both sides and above. Beds could be more comfy, but I’m kinda high maintenance….lol Staff was super friendly.
