"Overall, I was not satisfied with the hotel. The facilities were quite old, probably around 20 years old. The door locks even required a key to open, and there was an unpleasant odor in the room, likely from the carpet. The king-size bed and sofa bed were separated by a half-height bar, offering limited privacy. The window faced a residential area, offering little view. However, the hotel's location was excellent. It was within walking distance of Fisherman's Wharf, making dining and shopping very convenient. The hotel had its own parking garage, which was convenient. I was not satisfied with the service. There was a minor incident: we lost our iPad. The system indicated it was in the hotel, and after contacting the hotel, they arranged for it to be searched, but they kept saying they hadn't found it, and their attitude was rather rude, as if we were being unreasonable. It was a very unpleasant experience. This hotel needs a complete renovation, and I will not stay here again."
