"The room is very small. The bed is small. Toilet is so small that hardly can fit in a human being. You can’t even turn your body when you standing shower in the bathtub. One leg has to be inside the bathtub to use the wash basin. The entrance is not visible with no signboards particularly in the night. The front desk staff are so blur that they can’t direct how the car is going to get to the lobby entrance to unload and pick up the luggage as it was raining on the morning when we check out. The car park is far away from the hotel. We got to load the luggage in the rain after check out where the car has to park at the road side outside the hotel."

"I booked the Japanese-style plan, but since there was no bed selection, I was given a twin room in the main building, which wasn't shown in the image photos. I was quite surprised as I thought it would be a Japanese-style room. The main building hasn't been renovated, so the facilities feel old (some wallpaper is peeling). The breakfast buffet had a great variety of Japanese dishes and was absolutely delicious."
