„山景房，好看是好看。房子住着也挺舒服的，就是那個電梯，慢的要死。衹有兩部電梯，十幾層樓，要等很久才能等到。然後漏水明顯，他的那個桌子椅子有點矮，沒有坐着可以寫東西，不太方便。它的燒水壺旁邊沒有電源，你想燒水還得拿到別的地方去。當時我以為那個窗户要把外面的那個像紗窗一樣拿下來，所以我有點不敢弄，我給前台説了，後面還給他打了一次電話。他説馬上來，結果他一直都不來。後面我特別冷，受不了了，我就上網搜，沒想到是往上提的。我感覺這個前台的態度不是很好。還有它的浴室，我住的那個浴室，它的淋浴頭不太能固定，我一弄它在那自己旋轉。特別松，能不能調一下？”

„到店整體印象是環境特別好，乾淨，工作人員熱情。 週末兩天帶孩子來刷博物館，這個酒店真的出乎我的意料，很棒的體驗。我們提前到的，本想寄存行李出去玩，工作人員馬上幫我們升房，辦理提前入住，並告知酒店有泳池、温泉、健身房可以使用。 房間真的很乾凈，寬敞，明亮，自動窗簾，有個小後院，更加驚喜。有小童專門的牙具，拖鞋，也可以根據個人習慣選擇枕頭的材質。 游泳池是標準池，孩子玩的戲水池水是温的，不會冷，好像還有沖浪和高爾夫可以預約，下次可以試試。 早餐豐富，味道很好，中式西式都有，品類很全，上菜也很及時。最推薦的是臊子麪，我覺得比外面的好吃😋。 退房也很順利，環境好，適合拍照打卡。有親子遊樂場，啥也不幹，也能待一天。 所有工作人員都很nice，微笑服務，辦入住的小哥哥，送枕頭的小姐姐，早餐自助核銷的小姐姐，指路的保潔大姐，辦退房的前台小姐姐，都很温柔。 難得一次這麼近的出行，有這麼好的酒店，讓這個週末，心情愉悦。”

去成都路過，找的酒店 優點很多，比如水很沖，洗澡很舒服～一次性物品配的也很齊全，尤其還有掛燙機，太適合我了，還可以選枕頭～真的是方方面面了。 空調需要走到下面對準才有反應哦～ 重點表揚一下中餐廳點的菜好吃！不會很油很鹹還很好吃！價格也不貴～

Kirin hot spring hotel is a new hotel located quite close to the entrance to Taibaishan visitor center. We told a didi there in the morning costing about RMB15 and walked back for 30 minutes. The room are big and clean. The staff were very helpful and cheerful too. The most amazing discovery for me is that the restaurant served delicious,fresh and healthy dishes. We ate there every night and it was really enjoyable. The steamed fish was fresh and the size suitable for the two of us. Amazing chef.👍 There were many different types of spa pools out in the open including a heated swimming pool. There were also private spa with heated floor. After the spa, we have some free fruits and drinks inside the spa area. The whole spa were very well staff and clean. The only setback is that the water doesn’t have any smell so I don’t know if it is real hot springs underground water so it could just heated piped water. There were also some ongoing construction activities in this development area. The rooms however were well insulated so little noise if we closed our windows and doors. But overall, we have a really enjoyable 2 nights stay in this new hotel. We would come back next time to this hotel if we visit Taibaishan again which closed the top two stations during our stay due to weather conditions.

鳳凰温泉專門打造的玻璃屋湯院，一共衹有9座，共有3排、每排3座。第1排到第3排分別命名為星天外、花間堂、雨山前。 入住前電話聯繫，服務很熱情周到。入住期間吃住全包飲料暢享，早餐口味很好，晚餐是火鍋。房間設施中規中矩，洗手枱上準備了品類豐富的生活用品都可以帶走，可以免費加床，後院有私湯。 入住期間還可以去泡鳳凰温泉，太白山的老牌温泉，湯池種類多，有免費水果。還有一個小小的小童樂園，有龍舟鞦韆、彩虹滑道。

An amazing hotel with wonderful staff. The bellhop was great, they came to meet me from my taxi and carried my luggage in. After checking, I was shown to my room and then given a tour of the facilities. A big shout out to the restaurant managers Ricky and Martin who were very personable and assisted me as I don’t speak Chinese. Everything was superb, the room was lovely with a huge tub, and the hot spring pools were excellent and not crowded which enhanced my mood and helped me to relax. The hotel really knows how to look after their guests, they have happy hour, daily fruit, a free mini bar and welcome snacks in the room including desserts and candy, plus they give a checkout gift of permission fruit in a lovely gift bag. Additionally, I had a wonderful (and free) meditation session, the instructor explained in Chinese, and a staff member translated, highly appreciate this level of customer service. They also have buggy to take guests to the car park, and waited with me until my taxi arrived. The hotel staff also manage their pets well, often taking the dogs for a walk. Breakfast and buffet were extensive and enjoyable, and the a la carte restaurant serve lovely food. This is a very special place, will come back for sure.

第四次入住了，環境服務都很不錯。而且感覺每一次都比上一次的設施有改善，並沒有那種開了幾年就不注意修繕的問題，私湯還是比公共的好很多，更衞生舒適，泡的時間也更自由，之前都是冬天來，這次夏天過來體驗感更好，周邊的餐飲晚上開的挺多，還有噴泉表演可以看，整體來説很不錯呦

分兩個方面評價: 好的方面:酒店位置非常好，安靜整潔，房間超大，做瑜伽打太極都沒問題，自己的停車場免費也很大，停車非常方便早餐豐富！贊一個！ 較差:購買了兩套前台推薦的太白山門票套票，也沒給解釋清楚還要註冊登記，結果第二天到了景區不讓進，還要排隊登記，一部手機衹能註冊一套門票，結果廢了一張門票，自己掏腰包又買了一套，折騰了一個小時進了景區，人流已經上來了，體驗很不好！建議酒店對前台做好培訓，賣了遊客門票就得負責到底，解釋清楚，體驗才更好！
