„本來衹是回程路上路過，因為住的舒服，所以又多住了一晚。環境沒得説，房間裏用的衞浴用品也都很好，漢斯格雅，杜拉維特，戴森。床品很舒適。空調功率很足，開幾分鐘房間裏就很暖和了。我前一晚住恩施大峽谷的一間民宿，也沒有便宜多少，空調完全打不起來，要被凍死了。房間的風格我很喜歡，就是坐在沙發上看看電視喝喝茶都覺得好愜意。最值得一説的是我定的庭院房，院子周圍都有高圍欄，可以放心地讓狗狗在院子裏玩。養寵人都知道這個含金量有多高。總之非常滿意，希望下次還有機會住。”

„硬件設施還不錯，房間比較大，地理位置也可以，門口就是公園和一條河，房間不是很隔音，總體來説服務也還行。問題反饋：一樓大廳的保安和前台人員缺乏服務意識，像個警察，小孩在大廳彈鋼琴，保安就兇巴巴的很生硬的跟小孩説不要彈，把小孩都嚇哭了，還是在春節期間。酒店要是嫌吵就不要把鋼琴擺出來或貼個提示，什麼時間不能彈，或者讓我們把聲音彈小點也可以，相當於大廳有其他客人在説話，你們就直接讓別人不要説話了。”
