The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the Kowloon Bay Area. Shopping centers are just a quick 5-10 minutes walk away and there are plenty of food choices right outside the hotel. The hotel itself is nice and offers good guest service as you walk in. Maggie Ng was very helpful with my luggage and extremely polite. The rooms are nice, but nothing over the top. The room was clean, spacious and had all toiletries and clean towels provided. The one thing they can add in the rooms are an iron and an ironing table. I did get the smaller room, so it is possible that bigger rooms come with the ironing set. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Empire Prestige Hotels

The hotel room is spacious and comfortable. We checked in the hotel the night before our wedding registration day. The receptionist knew I needed late check out as the registration ceremony is at 11am and we won’t be able to make it for the 12 noon check out. She extended the late check out time for us until 4pm. We came back to the hotel and get changed at 3pm then checked out.
We can’t thank her enough for the hospitality and understanding.
I put all of my family members who visited from overseas at the same hotel. They were very pleased with the hospitality.

the room is clean and size also very comfortable. But the service very bad. I extended 1 more night and paid the bill, counter staff helped to extend my room card as well, but the next day reception still called and rush me to check out. I explained for 10 mins I've paid and extended the room, but after a few minutes they called me again.
the worst was, at night when I back to my room, my room key cannot be use. when I went to the counter, the same staff who extended my room attend to me, when I asked her why the room key is not function where yesterday she is the one who handled, she can't answer me and it took me another 15 mins to redo the process again. never expect a 5 stars hotel can be so poor and lack of communication.

Their service was exceptional, but the let down was the toilet sink being blocked and the toilet has a strong cigarette smell (possibly from the previous person who stayed in the room).
The bar at level 26 is worth checking out. It has great views of the Harbour and peak.

Before booking I called to ask if they had a halal kitchen. Was told there is. Upon reaching was told there was none. Booked a 5 day stay with breakfast 🤦. We made do.
The pool was also close. The website didn't indicate that.
The room was nice and clean. The location among the mountains is something to appreciate.
Concierge Alexander and Ruby are welcoming and very very helpful. My kids are shy but they manage to make them feel comfortable.
Room service is fast and efficient. We didn't need to wait long if we made any requests.

I was sick during my stay and I called to receptionist for medicine, they do not have any simple medicine and never provide extra service to help to purchase and so, ask me to go down the mall to buy myself and hang the call immediately.

LOVE this hotel! Spacious, great shower, comfortable beds and towels, thoughtful amenities. However, the soundproofing isn’t the best (there was a toddler screaming his/head off in the room next to ours and we can hear everything clearly) and the view was bad (just a construction site). Would still recommend this hotel though. Rooftop view was fantastic, and I’d book a sea view room when I stay here in future.

The room is well maintained and clean, the hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful too. We received a pleasant surprise with a fruit tart place in the fridge to celebrate my father’s birthday when we returned to hotel that day even though we did not indicate in our hotel booking, thank you for the personal touch! Jen hotel is also conveniently located near HKU mtr, MacDonald’s is also just downstairs which opens till midnight. The hotel is definitely worth the stay with the price paid, thank you trip.com for the promo too!

Great location! Clean and spacious, the staff were helpful and friendly. The only issue is the ”LAYOUT” of the hotel, a lot of unnecessary switching of elevators and walking across lobbies and even guest rooms. But if the EAST Entrance can be ”SET” as the MAIN LOBBY, I sincerely feel the entire experience will be greatly improved.

For example, the bathroom door cannot stopped the water, so after the shower water is everywhere. Plus the phone in the room is not working, we had to go downstairs to contact the staff.

KKritin CurtisThe check-in and check-out process at the hotel was straightforward and efficient, which we appreciated. As we entered the room, we noted its generous size, providing plenty of space for comfort and movement. However, despite the promising start, we were disappointed by the room's cleanliness.
A persistent odor, reminiscent of an old carpet, lingered in the room and refused to dissipate throughout our stay. To address this, we used the hotel-provided air filter, hoping its highest setting would purify the air and rid the room of the smell.
Unfortunately, the air filter fell short of significantly improving the air quality. The room's atmosphere remained stale, impeding our comfort and sleep. The challenging air quality made it difficult to fall asleep and cast an unavoidable shadow of discomfort over our stay.
Importantly, we had a much better experience at the same hotel just a week prior. This inconsistency was both confusing and disappointing, particularly in light of our initially positive experience.

I wish there were more food choices for the breakfast too, like more cold cuts (they only had turkey ham and salami) and plain yogurt instead of packaged frozen yogurt. I prefer Hyatt centric’s buffet, but I guess for the price it’s not too bad. Also the desk light in my room wasn’t working for some reason. However I do recognise that demand to stay here is really high this season (even the lifts were full), so I understand if not everything is perfect.

GGuest UserThe hotel is nice and big room. I support the idea to bring personal sanitary accessories. However, they do not offer water in the hotel room which is inconvenient to the travellers. As HK has rollout the law for curbing to provide sanitary accessories for hotel customers. Different solutions have been provided by hotels. Some hotels offer 2 free recycled glass bottle in each room. If this is too much of the issues, one thing they can consider to install free filtered water systems on each floor for customers instead of buying $5 small plastic bottled water from customer services counter or $22 bottle Watson water at the cafe which is defeating the purpose of protecting the environment. We are trying to bring good customer experience to travellers instead of just follow the rules without giving alternative solutions which are needed for customers. Please do consider this water solution as the staff also receive similar complaints from customers. Little things count! I have sent in the request via email too.

The hotel service is great. But all the amenities disappointed. For a 4Star Hotels , I expected more of it. But there is no complimentary water *I’m Shocked! even though normally hotel gaves us A lot of complimentary water.
The receptionist say to us start 2 may. They no more giving us water. But overall thank you . 🙏🏻😇

AAABalceThis was a solid stay for the price and location. Conveniently located, just a short 2-3 min walk from Quarry Bay Exit C. Jason and Eric at the front desk were super friendly and even upgraded us to the top floors given we were checking in a bit later in the day. The shower pressure was very nice, and the AC very comfortable. For the price and location would happily stay again.

HHaley 2298Walking distance to the nearest mrt in kwai hing and kwai kwong mall. Staffs are helpful and housekeeping is doing very good job in making our rooms clean. Daily cleaning for the toilet! Worth the staying if you are heading to disneyland or lantau island
