We had to visit a hospital for two consecutive days, which was about a 30-minute drive away. Even late at night and for many hours at a time, when we struggled with the language, the concierge staff—Bonnie and Mavis—kindly accompanied us, helping with procedures and communication with the doctors. Their support was incredibly reassuring. The driver and all the other staff members also showed constant care and kindness toward our sick child throughout the entire experience. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious—truly outstanding. This is a hotel I would wholeheartedly recommend, especially to international travelers and families with young children.”

Podsumowując, właściciel jest bardzo zaangażowany, serdeczny i życzliwy. Jeszcze przed naszym przyjazdem skontaktował się z nami proaktywnie, wysłał kogoś, aby zaprowadził nas na dedykowane bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe. Jego porady dotyczące zwiedzania były trafne i praktyczne, a jedzenie w hotelu było smaczne i w przystępnej cenie. Mam tylko jedną małą sugestię: czy proces prania mógłby zostać udoskonalony? Co zrobić w sytuacji, gdy ktoś naprawdę potrzebuje wyprać ubrania wieczorem? Reasumując, jeśli znowu odwiedzę Xiaoqikong, na pewno zatrzymam się ponownie w tym miejscu.”
