„It was truly a pleasure to stay here. The rooms are large, clean, and look just as good as they do in the photos. The hosts are some of the kindest people we’ve met—even though we didn't speak the same language, they went out of their way to help us using translation apps. The breakfast was also a standout with so many choices. We felt very welcome and would definitely recommend this place to any foreign travelers visiting the area!”

„During our stay, our child suddenly developed a very high fever. As foreigners, we didn’t know how to handle the situation and were extremely anxious, but the warm and compassionate support from everyone at the hotel truly saved us. We had to visit a hospital for two consecutive days, which was about a 30-minute drive away. Even late at night and for many hours at a time, when we struggled with the language, the concierge staff—Bonnie and Mavis—kindly accompanied us, helping with procedures and communication with the doctors. Their support was incredibly reassuring. The driver and all the other staff members also showed constant care and kindness toward our sick child throughout the entire experience. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious—truly outstanding. This is a hotel I would wholeheartedly recommend, especially to international travelers and families with young children.”

„We stayed in 4 hotels during our trip. This is the best hotel. This hotel is very new and customer focused in terms of design of the room, toilet amenities, lightings.. The room is big, clean and comfortable. The room lighting is well considered. The toilet seat has a warmer and automatic flushing. All in all, we are very happy with our stay and will stay in this hotel again if we are back here .”

Property interior was very clean and well-maintained, bath tub was clean and water was warm. Coffee at the property’s coffee shop was good. „We decided to stay with this hotel because of the highly positive reviews. We did make a right choice as our overall experience was so great. The hotel is newly renovated, the room is spacious, bright, clean and the mattress and pillows are super comfy to sleep with (this is very important for us as we don’t usually sleep well when travelling). We had a breezed morning jog along the river right in front of the hotel. The experience was really good and relax. The host provided white glove services such as VIP transport to/from train station and tourist spots. Special thanks to the staffs who helped to send our leftover baggage to train station so we didn’t miss the train.  Bonus point: We witnessed the beautiful moment of sunset at their roof top (see the attached photo). This will definitely be our first choice hotel in our next visit in Libo.”
