„We stayed in 4 hotels during our trip. This is the best hotel. This hotel is very new and customer focused in terms of design of the room, toilet amenities, lightings.. The room is big, clean and comfortable. The room lighting is well considered. The toilet seat has a warmer and automatic flushing. All in all, we are very happy with our stay and will stay in this hotel again if we are back here .”

„Very nice hotel in Lino, pretty close to 荔波古城 by walking cross the bridge, plenty restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast is great with variety of food including local dishes, really like their rice crackers. Front desk staff is very warm and helpful.”

„The room was very new and clean, with excellent soundproofing. Even though it's by the road, I couldn't hear any noise at all. I could sit in the room, enjoy the mountain view, and have coffee. The bedding was super comfortable, and I slept really well. A big shout-out to the front desk staff, especially the young lady, who was very patient, helpful, and quick to answer all my questions. They also offer pick-up and drop-off services to the station. It's super convenient as it's only a 5-10 minute walk to the Xiaoqikong East Gate, with plenty of dining options and a pharmacy nearby. Na przykład, w każdym pokoju jest przypomnienie, aby zachować ciszę od 21:00 do 9:00, a pranie i suszenie dozwolone jest tylko do 21:00. Podsumowując, właściciel jest bardzo zaangażowany, serdeczny i życzliwy. Jeszcze przed naszym przyjazdem skontaktował się z nami proaktywnie, wysłał kogoś, aby zaprowadził nas na dedykowane bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe. Jego porady dotyczące zwiedzania były trafne i praktyczne, a jedzenie w hotelu było smaczne i w przystępnej cenie. Mam tylko jedną małą sugestię: czy proces prania mógłby zostać udoskonalony? Co zrobić w sytuacji, gdy ktoś naprawdę potrzebuje wyprać ubrania wieczorem? Reasumując, jeśli znowu odwiedzę Xiaoqikong, na pewno zatrzymam się ponownie w tym miejscu.”

As foreigners, we didn’t know how to handle the situation and were extremely anxious, but the warm and compassionate support from everyone at the hotel truly saved us. We had to visit a hospital for two consecutive days, which was about a 30-minute drive away. Even late at night and for many hours at a time, when we struggled with the language, the concierge staff—Bonnie and Mavis—kindly accompanied us, helping with procedures and communication with the doctors. Their support was incredibly reassuring. The driver and all the other staff members also showed constant care and kindness toward our sick child throughout the entire experience. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious—truly outstanding. This is a hotel I would wholeheartedly recommend, especially to international travelers and families with young children.”
