„We stayed in 4 hotels during our trip. This is the best hotel. This hotel is very new and customer focused in terms of design of the room, toilet amenities, lightings.. The room is big, clean and comfortable. The room lighting is well considered. The toilet seat has a warmer and automatic flushing. All in all, we are very happy with our stay and will stay in this hotel again if we are back here .”

„Very nice hotel in Lino, pretty close to 荔波古城 by walking cross the bridge, plenty restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast is great with variety of food including local dishes, really like their rice crackers. Front desk staff is very warm and helpful.”

„Extremely satisfied! First off, the location is great, right at the East Gate, so you can walk straight to Xiaoqikong Scenic Area. All the shops along the way are restaurants, which is super convenient. The owner was incredibly nice and upgraded our room. The hotel is very new; I didn't take many photos, but what you see is what you get – the pictures on Trip.com are exactly what you'll find. It was meticulously clean. I had brought a bag of clothes to wash myself, but the staff kindly offered to wash them for me, which was a huge help. They also gave us drink vouchers, and the coffee was delicious. The room facilities were excellent, and they even thoughtfully provided disposable bath towels and bath bags! The soundproofing was fantastic too, no noise at all, very quiet. Plus, there's a hotel shuttle service and help with luggage. Overall, it was just perfect! If I ever get the chance to visit again, I'll definitely stay here.”

Po pierwsze, cały hotel jest bardzo rozległy, ma wiele dziedzińców i rozciąga się na dużej przestrzeni, a w środku panuje prawdziwa oaza spokoju. Po drugie, zarządzanie hotelem jest doskonałe. Właściciel odważnie wprowadza i egzekwuje zasady, co wzbudza mój szacunek. Na przykład, w każdym pokoju jest przypomnienie, aby zachować ciszę od 21:00 do 9:00, a pranie i suszenie dozwolone jest tylko do 21:00. Podsumowując, właściciel jest bardzo zaangażowany, serdeczny i życzliwy. Jeszcze przed naszym przyjazdem skontaktował się z nami proaktywnie, wysłał kogoś, aby zaprowadził nas na dedykowane bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe. Jego porady dotyczące zwiedzania były trafne i praktyczne, a jedzenie w hotelu było smaczne i w przystępnej cenie. Mam tylko jedną małą sugestię: czy proces prania mógłby zostać udoskonalony? Co zrobić w sytuacji, gdy ktoś naprawdę potrzebuje wyprać ubrania wieczorem? Reasumując, jeśli znowu odwiedzę Xiaoqikong, na pewno zatrzymam się ponownie w tym miejscu.”

As foreigners, we didn’t know how to handle the situation and were extremely anxious, but the warm and compassionate support from everyone at the hotel truly saved us. We had to visit a hospital for two consecutive days, which was about a 30-minute drive away. Even late at night and for many hours at a time, when we struggled with the language, the concierge staff—Bonnie and Mavis—kindly accompanied us, helping with procedures and communication with the doctors. Their support was incredibly reassuring. The driver and all the other staff members also showed constant care and kindness toward our sick child throughout the entire experience. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious—truly outstanding. This is a hotel I would wholeheartedly recommend, especially to international travelers and families with young children.”
